If you would like to sit on hold for an hour or more any time you call to ask a simple question, than this is the bank for you. They gave me a debit card and told me I had to call a separate number to activate the pin and when I did, a robot told me that my debit card was invalid. When I tried to call the bank to ask about it, I sat on hold for 2 HOURS... I started doing chores and carrying my phone around with me, hoping someone would answer. I left a callback number and no one ever called me back. Did this for days. Instead of getting my card situation fixed, I'm switching banks. DO NOT BANK HERE. It's been years of issues like this. Not worth it.

I am a 20 plus years member and they always made me feel like home. My man G-Money aka Greg has always been helpful to me and my family. The Staff is Fast,Nice, and some of the most Gorgeous tellers I’ve seen in the city.

Mass Bay has been nothing but a positive experience since joining last year. Not only do I like the benefits of being a shareholder versus a bank, but I feel respected and I am confident in their business. The staff are all friendly, patient and professional. Julia, who was helping me, played with my 18 month old so I could make deposits. They also have a coin machine that doesn't cost anything to use! No rolling coins!
