my favorite marshall location. I find everything I'm looking for. There is plenty of parking available. It is a place where you can shop very comfortably. everywhere is tidy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I reluctantly went to Marshalls in Needham and found my car completely blocked in by a truck when I came out. Everybody was “Oh sorry “. Not acceptable!

Just adding that they do incense bags now, and even though they ask. The smell has taken over the cashier area and it can be a day ruining experience if you have a sensitivity to incense.

I've had a very poor experience with one particular cashier not once but twice. However, I am giving this store 5 stars because the store manager Tenesha always provides top notch customer service with a smile on her face regardless of how busy she is. She is definitely an asset to Marshall's!
