Arrogant, snobbish, and extremely disrespectful staff. Disgusting. Never coming again. There are far better and more affordable options readily available if all natural French skincare is what you prefer.

One employee was great (when I made a return) and the first was awful, I will start with the great one:I needed to return the items two days after purchase, and went in as soon as they opened since I was expecting the grouchy woman to be there and just wanted to get it over with. I was so relieved to be greeted by a really nice girl who couldn't have been any friendlier (Friday 12/8 at 10am, Rep #66809 on the receipt); if she had been there two days before, I wouldn't have been so aggravated about the store to begin with! This girl was definitely 5 stars!!The bad one: I placed an order online at 6pm on Monday night, they closed at 8pm so I was hoping for a confirmation that it was ready to pick-up before then, and when I still had not received anything in the morning I decided to just stop in. Arrived at the store at 10:50 on Tuesday morning (December 5) and was greeted by a blank stare and more of a bored "hello" rather than anything else. I said I had placed an order online the night before, had not received a confirmation that it was ready to be picked up, but I was at the mall for something else and wanted to stop in.The store had been open for 50 minutes at that point, she looked aggravated and needed to log into the computer and said she hadn't had a chance to do that yet. Wouldn't that be something to do BEFORE opening??? With a snooty attitude (and maybe a French accent?) she asked for my name, and I was happy to match her snooty attitude with being able to tell her my French name.She put the $80 shampoo and conditioner in a bag and that was it. Thankfully this was for someone else, but it still made me think "who would want to shop here with that attitude?". All was made better by the nice girl who was working when I returned it (friend thankfully decided she is tired of their hair products).

What an awful and rude salesperson....she was so terrible and unprofessional....that did not even give me her name....but did mentioned she is a manager ... Wow....I feel sorry for whoever hired her....Small story .... Someone mentioned to me they have a skin care line and gave me a sample of serum....I stopped by to ask for a sample of a cream for mature skin. She started a whole big investigation asking if I tried any of their staff before and I honestly answered that I had a serum....OMG, what a mistake that was ... ?She basically yelled at me and said that if I tried a sample ( which I did not even get a chance to do yet ..)....now I HAVE TO BUY IT !!!....I was so offended that I did not even bother to explain to this unprofessional person that with this kind of customer service....I DO NOT HAVE TO do anything with her.... especially spent another minute in this place....and just walked away. What a disaster....and it is in Chestnut Hill Mall !!! Save yourself some aggravation ....there are plenty of nice places right there.... enjoy your shopping experience with smart and talented people that actually love their job and proud to work in beautiful stores that are in that very mall.....

Don't go to this store as it will force you to buy! And don't expect to get return to your original payment when you are not satisfied with your purchase EVEN IF YOU KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT! So I made my purchase with my Apple Pay and when I tried to return my stuff the black lady worked there just refused me to even try my Apple Pay tap return because as she claimed their machine is not working well! I was like " oh really ? That's not my problem okay? ?" And she kept saying I have to show her the exact card I used for this transaction otherwise it wouldn't work! Now! Listen! Every one in this world knows that whenever you make a payment through Apple Pay it just automatically generates a random digits card fall on your receipt once you tap on the cashier. There is no such exact card if you require me to show you the card with the same digits on my receipt because it's Apple Pay. I don't if this is because you were too d*** to understand this or your manager told you to scam your customers like so! Either way, your store is a total scam. I haven't never experienced such stupid customer services when I requested Apple Pay returns. And I don't know your store constantly did this to other customers as well until I saw other reviews. Should've checked your Google reviews before I go.

My daughter and I visited the Chestnut Hill Mall store today at 6:50PM. My daughter wanted to find a perfect gift for her mother’s birthday. The store attendant was no help and actually said to us “I am actually trying to close…”. The posted closing time is 8PM and we were actually in the store for less than 5 minutes. We decided to bring our business somewhere else where customers are treated with respect.

I would give 5 stars to Dianne. Yesterday I went to chestnut Hill Mall and decided to see what this store had to offer. When I walked in I was greeted by Dianne and she was very helpful and showing me the mens fragrance. She also explained to me how the one I purchased was popular and had a unique smell. I decided to buy that cologne and additional she gave me a bunch of samples with my purchase. I will be definitely going back into to purchase different stuff.
