Disappointed to find out this location only has a cold plunge in the men’s locker room. When I asked I was told women were given more vanity space instead. Women deserve the same wellness amenities as men, not outdated ideas about what women need.
Additionally, access at this location for the normatec sleeves is only allowed under the supervision of a paid trainer but this makes no sense as other locations have them out and available for everyone’s use.

Although this location is smaller than some others and doesn't have a swimming pool, it's one of my favorite Lifetime locations! I really enjoy most of the class coaches here, especially Kenneth, who teaches Alpha classes, Hania, who teaches yoga, and Jennifer, who leads GTX classes. They are always attentive and genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals.
Kenny is probably the best group class coach I've ever had. He pays attention to each individual and encourages me to strive for improvement. He'll come over to demonstrate the correct posture if he notices I've made a mistake or push me to use heavier dumbbells when he knows I can handle more.
I highly recommend joining this gym for its fantastic classes and instructors! Classrooms are larger than normal studio classes, and the workout space upstairs is always super clean and aesthetically pleasant, especially with the natural lighting comes from the skylight windows above.
My only suggestion is that the gym could improve maintenance of the equipments and facilities. The sauna room was closed a couple of times this year, and the Apple Watch connection isn't working with some of the cardio machines. I believe the management team is already working on these and I'm looking forward to coming in everyday!

Such a great gym. The classes are very high quality. You can always find good classes no matter what time you look. The instructors here are all very good.
Kids academy is awesome. They do gymnastics, art and ballet.
It’s a wonderful place where parents can workout and kids can have fun with their activities.
Locker rooms are very clean and esthetically pleasing

This review is just for the café only,
The Kids Academy, weight room and locker room. I use & they are all excellent.
It seems like every time I want to use parts of the café. They always have it roped off. Paying to use the café as part of the membership service and closing it off because the staff told me “our manager told us to do this so we don’t have to clean it up” is a horrible business decision.
If Lifetime corporate looks at their monthly profit and loss report, and you noticed that the café sales are down versus the previous years this is a clear indication of sales are down in that department.
When your sales people are giving a tour of the club and the first impression potential members see is all of this closed off it doesn’t seem like the most welcoming situation.

Not worth the high price tag. Cafe is VERY expensive ($12+ for a protein shake) does not have enough allergy friendly food and has been restricting bringing in outside food. Equipment is sub par and not in good shape. The bumper plates have huge chunks missing out of them. The alpha space is brand new but cannot be used the majority of the time due to the alpha classes. Equipment breaks constantly, the sauna is always broken and being repaired. No one, including the trainers clean up after themselves or share equipment during peak times. In the evening, the gym is crowded with children/teenagers being obnoxious and not cleaning up after themselves. They hang out with the employees behind the front desk, who themselves aren't professional at all. Trainers will take a whole power rack, preventing other members from using it, and only spend 10% of the time with their clients on the rack. They will then subsequently not clean up after themselves. The trainers also seem to be spending more time on their phones than paying attention to their clients.

I’ve been a member of Lifetime since February of 2017. This gym has seriously declined over the years. Women’s sauna is constantly out of service for long periods of time. I recently had to hop around to 3 different treadmills before I found one that worked! Which has NEVER happened. Membership cost is constantly increasing with no improvement to equipment. And this gym has totally forgotten about their core members who come to workout and relax. Classes over crowd all the spaces

Love it, specially Michelle Tash, my Pilates instructor at the Pilates reformer, who is excellent, caring, fun, creative and knowledgeable.

I'm just gonna come out and say it this gym is horribly ran there's never any towels in the men's room and I almost waited 1 hour just to get my locker open I rarely see anyone in there working the management needs an upgrade. I got yelled at and almost had to fight and teach one of the mangers a lesson. Big light skin dude yelled at me to leave when it was only 2 minutes past close. I know I was wrong but for him to yell and get into my face I could've seriously hurt that dude but he should not be in a position of power talking to customers like that.

Recently, the Lifetime Cafe issued a statement prohibiting members from bringing their own food or snacks to enjoy after working out and relaxing. Additionally, they restrict members' usage of utensils. This policy diminishes the quality of the gym experience. The essence of a gym is to support members' health, yet this rule hinders that goal. It restricts access to comfort foods and may pose challenges for those with food allergies who cannot consume the cafe's offerings. Consequently, it feels like working out at a subpar establishment rather than a top-notch gym.

I want to preface by saying this is a great gym aesthetically and the instructors are (for the most part) excellent and seem to genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals. My issue is with a choice management recently decided to make. I’m an avid goer of the barre and mat Pilates group fitness classes and the spot placement has always been pretty snug to the point where you can’t do certain movements if a class is full. Starting in March 2024 they decided to put the spots even closer together. The new spot placement is not only unsafe but also unsanitary considering we are still living in a post-covid world. This is supposed to be a luxury gym and yet they cram you into the rooms like cattle.I’m keeping my membership because I would hate to miss out on the wonderful instructors I can only see at this club, but most days I go to Westwood since it’s not as crowded.

I really like this lifetime. Very nice and clean environment. Facilities are high quality and classes are led by awesome instructors. The con is it closes WAY TOO EARLY on the weekends. Wanna go lift some weights after kids go to bed and they close at 10pm. Ridiculous. Please listen to your customers. At least open till 11.
