Came here as a last chance for my daughter too find this specific stuffed animal, at 630pm door sign said 7pm and the store employee locked the door by 625pm and saw us waiting at the door & still walked away. Terrible service especially when I had two little kids ready to buy things. Would give negative stars just because they saw us & still walked away.

I've shopped at Learning Express in Newton several times and I've always received excellent customer service there. They have a wide variety of toys that make great gifts. I had a particularly positive experience when Meredith helped me find a couple of gifts. If you go and she's working, be sure to ask her to help you!

Such a great experience at Learning Express! The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in and willing to help/recommend different toy options which makes it easy while shopping for a gift for children. I brought my daughter into the store over the weekend as they had the cartoon character Bluey in store for an event, she had a blast and is still talking about it! A great variety of toys for kids of all ages. I was able to get my infant toys, my toddler toys, books, stickers and bubbles and a gift for my 11 year old niece (awesome pre teen section!) Great prices and love having this little shop in Newton Center.

[email protected] .to my greatest surprise after he told me what to do .my ex lover keep calling me begging me on phone just within 24hours! Gosh!! This man is great ..give him a try and see what I’m talking about or his Facebook page???????

Did an illegal pat down of a customer for suspected stealing, found nothing and assaulted someone in the process. Just disgusting staff.

man working at the counter felt the need to inappropriately pat down a female while checking out to that did not have pockets to “check her pockets and see if she stole”. man with her had pockets and he didn’t even acknowledge him, neither of them touched anything but the one thing they bought. this needs to be addressed asap. she showed him her clothing, told him several times she did not have pockets for him to pat down. what is wrong with gross, entitled men??? in a TOY STORE? you are not even allowed to touch customers in the first place, even if they DID steal. regardless, this customer did not steal and was assaulted by the man at the register. do with that what you will.
