We had an excellent experience working with Krystyn. She was very professional, knowledgable and patient with first time buyers. She walked us through all the steps from starting to look at properties all the way through closing. Through her years of experience, she has great contacts with lenders and lawyers, etc. She was always available by phone or text when we had issues, questions, or concerns. She knew our needs and wish list and helped us negotiate on a property that wasn't even on the market. She found us our dream home and helped us move in on time despite some sudden hiccups at the last moment (not on her end). I would have no hesitation working with her again in the future. We give her the highest recommendation, especially, for first time buyers.

Krystyn Elek was invaluable in helping me with the purchase of my first home. She came highly recommended by a friend whom she helped in the same way and every word of their recommendation was 100% true. Krystyn was super patient with me as a newbie to the whole process, took the time to explain things that I was confused by (often multiple times) and helped coordinate with the homebuying team I built (lender, attorney, etc.). She recommended multiple professionals to me across the whole process -- home inspector, floor contractor, cleaners -- but never pressured me to take her recommendations and gave me enough information to be able to make my own decisions.
All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Krystyn Elek if you want a realtor who will help educate you and have your back.
