Kaya has tremendous experience and made the process, from measurements to design to ordering to install, a breeze. A home we purchased had excellent kitchen cabinetry done by Kickspace, and went back to Kaya and team for some expansion to the cabinetry. It was also a pleasure to work with his colleague at Arsenal Cabinets on install.

We had to re-do our kitchen because of water damage and met with three companies. One was ruled out quickly as they didn't respond with a quote after the initial meeting (see previous review). The second company responded and, perhaps, we would have used them but again no follow up (I am in sales and I always try to follow up a quote I sent with a phone call). We selected Kickspace and we hit a home run! Kaya was very knowledgeable, providing feedback with the selections we made. He came to our house several times and we made several modifications. He communicated with our contractor as well. Very happy with the end result...beautiful kitchen cabinets. Would highly recommend Kickspace.

My wife and I are renovating an entire house, needless to say it's been quite an undertaking and stressful making decisions and working with different aspects of it and the people involved.Kaya was the brightest spot in all of it, and we've worked with some really great people. I can't speak highly enough about his processes and his level of professionalism. He is a dying breed and the world is a worse off place every time someone like him retires. He is unbelievably customer oriented and knows his products in and out and does not try to sell you anything, he provides the pros as well as the cons of different cabinets and features and does not make you feel judged or uncomfortable for feeling one or the other about anything. He offered his opinion on how he thought the layout would work best but at the same time went out of his way to listen to what we were thinking. He is old school which I loved. He plotted our whole kitchen out by hand on our first meeting based on the measurements given to him by our architect. He then used his computer programs to generate views from different angles of the way the kitchen would end up at our next appointment.Kaya went out to our house to measure to make sure he knew the layout like the back of his hand (good luck getting anyone at a big box store to even remember your name let alone measure your house). If I could work with Kaya on every project we ever do, I will. I was so pleased working with him I still bring him up to my wife and when we'll get to meet with him next to this day. There is no one else I would ever recommend for a kitchen remodel but Kaya.

I stopped in because we need a bathroom cabinet in an unusual space. Kaya was knowledgeable and meticulously sketched the cabinet to scale down to the last detail. And the pricing was fair for a custom piece. I am eager to do business locally and this place fit my criteria. Kaya is an older man and the owner. He clearly has lots of experience. The first review was unfortunate. It was 5 years ago and clearly a woman who was probably a bookkeeper and not Kaya. This is a gem of a place.

Excellent customer service! Kaya the owner is so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and talked me through the process every step of the way. Loved his ideas and am thrilled with my new kitchen cabinets! I will definitely be returning :)

I had the opposite experience of the previous reviewer. Kaya spent a lot of time with us - he had so much great advice about kitchen design. The resulting design and implementation was beautiful. Everything is just in the right place ... And the quality of the cabinets is exceptional. I highly recommend Kickspace - especially Kaya.

Almost ten years ago, Kickspace helped us design and then installed our kitchen cabinets and came back several years later to redo the cabinets in our rental unit. Both sets have held up very well over the years and we could not be more pleased with them or the service that Kickspace provided. Recently, we learned that we could no longer purchase a washer/dryer that would fit within the cabinet we had Kickspace custom design for the kitchen. Kickspace came out, discussed the issue with us, and had an immediate solution for re-positioning and making some adjustments to the existing cabinetry to create the space needed for our next washer/dryer. The combination of exceptional customer service and high quality cabinetry is really hard to beat.

Perhaps just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. My wife and I just bought a home which we are completely renovating. Kickspace had a beautiful kitchen setup in the window and I decided to stop in and see what they were all about. Well, when I walked in, I looked around and saw a woman sitting in the back at a desk. She saw me, I saw her. I expected her to ask how she could help me but instead she completely ignored me. So, I took the initiative and said hello and asked for help. She reluctantly got up and followed me to the kitchen I had questions about. When we got there, I asked if she could tell me anything about it and if she had any pricing. She basically told me they don't do that and looked annoyed. I wanted to respond with "Oh, well what do you do? Your sign says kitchen and bathroom cabinets?" I walked in there with a $40,000 budget willing to do business and she dropped the ball in 30 seconds. Overall, just a terrible experience.
