Whoever was running the front desk was extremely rude and claiming he couldn’t speak English well as an excuse. I tried to ask if I could fill the prescription and come back to pick it up with the insurance card, and he just kept yelling at me about not understanding how filling a prescription worked. Usually my doctor does it but I needed to get a prescription for my husband with documents from the dentist so I didn’t know if I could just show the insurance card when I picked it up later and receive the insurance price then, or if I could not fill the prescription for that price unless I had the card. I explained this many times to the person at the desk and he just kept being extremely rude about the fact that I hadn’t filled a prescription manually before. Do not recommend this place at all, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a pharmacy, even worse than corporate CVS.Edit: and as for the owner’s response, him “trying to help” does not excuse the extremely aggressive tone he was using with me. I still saved time by just going to the CVS instead and waiting for the prescription to be filled there, and the customer service was 1000 times better.

Most helpful pharmacy I ever visited. They had my daughter’s medicine that two other pharmacies didn’t carry, and had it ready 3min after receiving the order. Then the manager literally helped administer it.

I've been a customer for years, and most of the employees know my name. Friendly, excellent service. I can call and within a short time get my questions answered knowledgeably.

Great pharmacy. Very quick to fill prescriptions. If you're thinking about switching from a big pharmacy to Keyes, you'll be happy you did.

So friendly and kind! Got my COVID vaccine here and it didn’t even hurt. When my father was dying they were so helpful with getting equipment to keep him comfortable.

More of a misunderstanding. I did a google search for medical supply stores and Keyes came back as a result. I went in and asked for "oxygen tubing and cannula" the person at the desk said "I don't understand any of those words." To be honest, he embarrassed me. I thought it would have been a reasonable expectation for him to know what I was talking about. They appear to be a small drugstore, that's fine. They should not consider themselves a medical supply store. If it appears in your search result, just know they are not.

Keyes is hands down the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. Recommend by my wife’s family ( they’ve been going to them for the past 30 years). I’ll never be able to go back to cvs or the like again.Any time I’ve needed a little extra attention, they have ALWAYS done everything in their power to solve the problem.If you want a pharmacy that will go the extra mile for you, and never treat you like just a number, this is the place for you. 10 stars!

My family recently moved to Auburndale and walking distance to Keyes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely want to help when you or a loved one isn't feeling well. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel "at home" when they visit a local pharmacy.

I went here for diaper rash cream for my daughter. She had a horrible case of it and was so uncomfortable it broke my heart. I purchased some of diaper rash cream they make and when I tell you it’s a miracle! Within one day it had improved significantly and I had tried EVERYTHING. Will never use anything else . Customer service was also wonderful with the owner explaining each ingredient and why it was different/better from other creams. Highly recommend !
