Horrible customer service, a truly disgrace for the brand! Tiny store with 2-3 sales people at the same time, total waste of money for their salary since they are not doing anything, but hiding behind the curtain in the back office. I bought shoes that end up being too big, they would not take it back because of the 14 days policy, I was late for 2 days, because I had Covid and they still would not take it. The store is in the middle of the Bloomindales, which has a completely different return policy, the fact, that Jimmy Choo boutique does not disclose their return policy, is a sneaky business practice. It is written with tiny letters on the bottom of the very long receipt, you need glasses to see it. They should place this policy with a big letters on the wall. Not only Jimmy Choo lost me as a customer, Bloomindales lost me too. Say thank you for that to a manager by the name Carolyn, who wasn't even there, but was texting with another clueless salesperson, who is not even empowered to make decisions.

Terrible experience. I went there looking for shoes for my wedding and the sales associate was cold, unwelcoming, snobby and made me feel like I'm not suited for her "high end store"

Dreadful... terrible customer service. RUDE. I realize that they are selling high end shoes and I needed a new pair for my daughter's wedding and I certainly can afford them. I have purchased several in the past from out of state at another Jimmy Choo location in NYC. I felt like the sales person just wanted to push the product onto me and wasn't listening to what I was requesting. Push push push. Hated the experience. Will NOT go back to this location ever. I feel this woman needs to be retrained. I can't remember her name. Susan, Heidi, Sally or something. All I saw was red. After about 45 minutes of her pushing product and not listening to a word I was saying about the type of style, color, height, etc. I decided to move on forever. Good Bye Chestnut Hill. Good Bye Jimmy Choo.
