I really cannot say enough good things about this store! The people are phenomenal. Always so helpful, kind and you feel like you are shopping with friends when working with the sales associates! Sydney, who heads this store was particularly helpful when I had a big order change recently. Even though the store was busy, I did not feel rushed, and I will travel the extra miles to this location because I know I will always greeted with a smile by associates and staff who who genuinely enjoy what they do, and like the clothing! If only every shopping experience were like this!

I just had one of the best customer experiences on record with Molly, a manager at Jcrew in Chestnut Hill. Having had a truly unprofessional, disorganized experience ordering online, I called Molly to resolve a problem when the people at the website were useless. I can rarely remember such a cheery voice so willing to very simply rectify a problem that had seemed insurmountable. Her attitude and exceptional customer service are really incredibly hard to find in retail in these days-- and I would know, having spent 30 years in retail in Beverly Hills, much of it on Rodeo Drive. All I can say is that I would travel from great distances to have the opportunity to shop with someone of Molly's caliber in any retail store. Thank you, Molly, for making shopping at J.Crew such a pleasure :-)

I love j crew online every week i buy from them but sometimes i have to return items and the store clerk gave my husband a reallt hard time acted like he stole the damn items and refused to take the items back until i called and gave them my email address all the information my husband gave her maybe she was just an idoit but the store manager helped and the items was returned

Was hoping to find a few pairs of pants for my boyfriend today. Instead we were 'greeted' after the associates finished chatting and we were walking out. They were more concerned with discussing Conversion than improving it I guess.

To say that I'm a JCrew fan is an understatement. All of my clothes, shoes and accessories are from that clothing store (yeah, including my umbrella). Molly and Sydney from the Chestnut Hill store made me even more of a devoted JCrew customer. They are both so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Those two and the rest of the staff made my recent shopping experience awesome!!!

Had a fantastic experience at this store today. The staff here is super friendly and helpful...without being intrusive or overbearing. The men's selection here is great - which isn't always the case at a store this size - but it's not cluttered or overcrowded. And Eleni, one of the managers, is WONDERFUL to deal with....an absolute customer service rock star. She helped me with tailoring and selection and checkout and it was legitimately one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. I've been missing the Natick J. Crew but it's been worth the drive to shop at this location.
