I’ve been going to Iris Nail Spa for a little over two years now and I absolutely LOVE it. It has a clean and calming environment and all of the staff is SO talented and experienced. I’ve done everything from a regular manicure to UV gel extensions and I have literally never had a bad experience. Every time I go all other customers leave happy and satisfied as well. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!

I've contemplated for 4 days now, if I was going to leave a review; because I am that upset with this nail salon.
My fiancé and I just moved here from Florida; and was excited to find a home salon for our pedis.
I made an appointment with Iris nails salon after seeing "mostly" good reviews...but our experience was like a comedy disaster (except neither of us was laughing). And after seeing the scratches under our feet and my paint already chipping.
STORY (I will try to keep it short) :
We went in for two pedis only to wait for 15 mins (which wasn't a problem). One nail tech took my fiance first and my nail tech. was currently with someone; which was fine because she was taking her time as she should. So I waited another 10-15 mins. sitting in the pedicure chair with no water...then 5 mins later they put cold water.
As I waited my fiancé was showing signs of discomfort which he later told me the lady was being aggressive with his feet and was rushing him. My nail tech finally decided to service me after jumping on the phone for 5 mins then taking the payment of the woman she serviced before me then hopped back on the phone (I said nothing at all). Mind you more people were coming with no appointments and getting their pedicures done after we have been there for a little over 40 mins!! (Reminder we had an appointment)
By that time my boyfriend was done and he was not happy:/
My nail tech finally sat down to get started AND I AM NOT LYING WHEN I SAY she got up from painting my nails and did her own thing (personal phone call, taking to other , going to the back) on and off for 20-30 mins straight. My boyfriend was scared to leave and get us coffee because he knew we were being mistreated.
After the horrible service...They (my nail tech, aka the manager) charged us 130$ for our horrible pedicures and demanded the tip (ENTITLED). As I was sending the tip via Venmo she walked off and my fiancé had to explain why we are not tipping.
Which he's never been that way or even had to say that! Mind you we are the type of people who would tip you at least 25% because we understand people's efforts while servicing. The nail salon called 2 hours later to harass me about a tip!!! Here's a tip treat all your customers equally!!

This used to be my favorite nail salon prior to changing owners. Now I need to find a new place. They are not paying attention while applying polish and have smudged the paint job on my feet the last two times i was there. They offer what is supposed to be a relaxing massage of your feet as part of the premium pedicure but now shout & talk while its happening and are only 50% paying attention to the person in the chair. The last straw was my most recent pedicure the bowl was covered in wax from the previous persons feet. Rather than move me to another chair (they were all open) she expected me to be ok with putting my feet in the dirty bowl and didn't even plan to wipe it off until i insisted. In search of a more attentive salon. Im happy to pay any price as long as the service is equivalent - iris used to be that salon.

Iris Nail Spa is the best salon in the area! Bin and her team are very professional, knowledgeable in nail care and truly exceed all expectations. Bin goes above and beyond with precision to ensure each client leaves happy. She always handles my nails with care, using quality products allowing them to remain strong and healthy during the dip powder service. Complimentary shoulder massages, warm paraffin wax dips and water bottles are a great perk! The salon is clean and welcoming, making for a very relaxing and pleasant experience. I would recommend making appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time, however they always welcome walk-ins and will try to accommodate. Good parking too. I would highly recommend this salon! Thank you Bin for a delightful experience each and every time!

This place is great and includes features of their service that you’d have to pay extra for at other nail salons. Ask for Bin she’s the best, been coming here for years!
