I really wish I could say I had a positive experience here. The reviews looked promising. Sadly, my experience was far from pleasant and professional. I do not recommend working with tax advisor Jonathan Cotton. He was rude, and unprofessional. While I was asking him to re-explain something, he snapped at me and said “Can you just sign???? I’ll answer your question after you sign.” After demanding I sign the paperwork his reason for said demand was that he would get “stuck on the screen he was on” if I didn’t sign. If the customer isn’t ready to move on, I’m not exactly sure why you need to move onto a different screen. Even worse than his unprofessional demeanor were the mistakes he made when filing my paperwork. He wrote down my address incorrectly on the paperwork and made other careless errors that I thought he as the “professional” would know to account for; this resulted in a higher fee owed to the IRS. Again, I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience, but ultimately I cannot recommend this location.

Had a pretty unprofessional experience here , lang barrier issues and the receptionist was very confusing

Do not go here I just try to scheduale an appointment and because language barriers the front desk lady I couldnt understand once I kept asking if there’s anything else she needs from me she just starts mumbling, so I hang up to call back another lady answers I explain what’s going on and she starts talking about her intelligence when I was never questioning her Intelligence I just wanted to know if they needed anything else , she was very rude and I said I’ll take my services somewhere else . . So unprofessional!!

Very happy with the results. Not thrilled with the process, which took way too log and required more management from me than I think was reasonable. I submitted my documentation on 4/28 to be done virtually by a tax professional, it took over two weeks to complete - I had to send over 8 messages looking for status updates and called the office multiple (probably 10 times) to actually get it done.
