We recently renewed a lease and worked with Josh. I have never worked with a more professional person. I do not like the car leasing, buying, anything process and he instantly put me at ease. He was a great communicator and so honest and up front throughout the whole process which took longer due to car shortages. Honda is beyond lucky to have him. Thanks, Josh!

I brought my tired 2014 CRV into Honda Village because I could hear a lot of rattling and noise coming from what I thought was the transmission. Upon initial review it seemed that the transfer case needed to be replaced. But - the next day the mechanics looked at everything and instead replaced both front axels and replaced a U joint holding up the catalytic converter, which saved me like $1000 over having to replace the transfer case. Now my car literally runs like new and I don't have to spend $22,000 to replace it. If you have a Honda and you want to make your car last and save money, bring it to Honda Village in Newton for a big job or even a small one. Thanks Alex and company !

Don't ever come to this store to buy a car!!! they will only sell problematic vehicles because they can't guarantee that they will check parts other than SAFETY. that's what happened to me, before I bought my car they swore that my car was fine but after I went to bmw to check it out there were three problems with my car especially the stereo on the main driver which was broken, I came back to the MANAGER but they admitted to only taking care of the SAFETY problems not the stereo, etc., and they admitted that they won't check the parts other than the requirements meaning that there's a good chance that you will be buying a problematic car. this store has no respect for its customers and doesn't care about them before buying a car it will only swear that the car is okay but it won't do anything about it, so if you are thinking of buying a car from this store get ready for a problematic car.

I have recently bought a CPO Honda CR-V vehicle from this dealership. Ben Murphy did a great job. He is really professional with a friendly blend. He took time to answer all my queries patiently. He even went above and beyond his work ethic to help me with some very useful tips. He doesn't just do this as a job but prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds goodwill. Even after the deal is done, he is always approachable when needed (within a day) to answer any queries.

Two stars only because my interactions with the sales department have been good. The service department is a different story. They are unpleasant and unprofessional. The reps are rude and treat you like your presence is in their way instead of like a customer a.k.a the reason they are there. I’m surprised they can get away acting like this under a reputable company like Honda.

Really frustrating experience here. Bought a used car on a Friday. Was told it needed a TPMS before they could give me the car. Was told it was ready on Monday. Drove two hours to get there and was told it wasn't ready. My ride was already half way home. Gave me a loaner (filthy) that I was told I had to pay for gas and tolls (tolls eventually waived). Finally got the car on Wednesday and 30 miles into my drive TPMS malfunction light is on. Called service desk and was told it just needed a reset. I did that myself with no solution. Called back service and left messages never to get a return call. Maybe if you buy a Honda they have better customer service. My mistake was believing they were going to fix the issues they said they would.EDIT: they actually did charge me for tolls after they said they waived them. This place is garbage.

I had a great experience with Josh when buying my car and we will 100% come back to see him in next year when we’re upgrading my fiancé’s car. Josh was upfront, direct, and even suggested other non-Honda vehicles to check out when I was on the fence, because he was so confident that this was the right car for us.My rating is largely for the service side. I made an appointment to drop my car off and selected online I wasn’t going to wait because I had an important meeting with the global head of my firm. The service advisor took my keys and said he’d be back in a minute because he needed to make sure this was something they could fix. He came back 30 minutes later to tell me that they had decided to fix it then and have me wait, without saying anything to me. I was really frustrated because, if he said that was a possibility, then I would have happily rescheduled for a time I could afford to wait.It was really nice of them to not want to make me come back, but a little thought and some basic communication would have gone a really long way. I will not be coming back for service.

Update! Honda village replaced the battery in my Honda accord and didn't tighten the battery posts/terminals. So this entire time I have been driving around with a loose battery that isn't properly charging! They also didn't even bother to attach the battery hold down which was literally just thrown there rattling around not connected to anything. This is a service dept. I wouldn't even advise my biggest opponent to visit. Buyer beware.

Avoid doing business with this dealership and the Finance Manager named Junior who is a total con man. My bad for letting my guard down and thinking that this was a reputable dealership. On a used 2019 Honda Accord LX with 34,000 miles he sold me a Zurich service contract that only covered the car up to 75,000 miles or 84 months knowing that I drive for Uber with the vehicle. The price was $2,956.00 with a $100.00 deductible. Granted it's my fault for being duped but he said that the 75,000 miles was on top of what the vehicle already had for miles on it (34,000). So a total lie. He also never showed me any other options, just take it or leave it. I should have left it and left the dealership. Do not do business here and definitely don't believe anything the Finance Manager tells you here.Update: I reached out to David Rodriguez as he requested and surprise, no response. I told him I bought a car here in 2021 and as I saw on their website Junior is still here swindling customers. Stay away from this dealership.

I had a transmission emergency at the end of business day while I was visiting Boston and these folks were so kind to me. They managed to squeeze me in early the next morning and were even able to set me up with a loaner car for the night. They quoted me a fair price and got the job done quickly.

I made an appointment 3 weeks out for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was asked if it was a drop off or if I was going to wait. I replied I would wait.On arrival I was told it would take 2 hours. I said I requested to wait - why so long? "We're slammed." etc etc. After 2 hours I asked why make an appointment if they did not have the time to do an oil change? Unable to really explain. Wont be coming back.
