Just purchased a new vehicle from Honda Village and it was a great experience! I was very lucky to work with Joshua Fink, who was incredible knowledgeable about the vehicles, options, and vehicle comparisons. Josh made the whole buying process so quick and easy. I have actually waited in a Dunkin Donuts drive through line for a medium hot black coffee for a longer time period than it took to purchase a vehicle with Josh. Absolutely a great place, super friendly people. When you enter, ask for Joshua Fink immediately - you won’t be sorry - guy is a rock star!!

I spent 4. Hours to make a job change and when I asked why it would take so long they told me that I was 1 hour away until my turn arrived, you had to leave and 4 hours wasted due to terrible service. I don't recommend it

Last 3-4 week I came Honda Village. First ask I bought car or another problem. When they understand you came for same problems they tell wait. Every week 3-4 time comes and wait 1-2 hours for them workers watch my problem. Tell that call back never called. If you are new costumer they spend time for you because you buying car. After they always busy not time.

I had a previous bad experience at the Honda in Cambridge with the sales staff. I started communicating with Ben Murphy at Honda Village over email and he was super helpful, once I went to the dealership he was so kind, personable, and helpful. I was able to get my car that day, and the entire staff was quick, and friendly. It made the process so easy and stress free. I couldn’t reccomend Ben enough if you’re looking to buy a car here!

WILL TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU: I had gone to Honda village a few times and got my oil changed for a reasonable price. My last visit they quoted me $900 to replace a drive belt which is completely ridiculous. I went to another honda dealer who charged me $284 total! Part was only $84, it took them 1 hour to replace it so there is no way it should have been anywhere close to $900 even with the difference in labor cost per hour.

I have been waiting for 4 hours to get 4 wheel alignment. I was told it would take an hour and a half. I'm still waiting. I promised myself this time though, I'll never come back here again. (No offense to any individual, but the system here is horrible and it doesn't look like it's getting any better.)

We had an awesome experience working with the sale associate Joseph Kaba. He used his knowledge about each product line to tailor what we were looking for. We received excellent service from him. During the whole process he never gave us any pressure of purchasing anything. Instead he focused on finding the right car to meet our needs and budget. Overall, I highly recommend to work with him if you are looking for a new Honda.

It’s very hard! They didn’t fix my car but write comments everything is correct according to specifications. They changed me two times alinement money and still didn’t get the number right. But told me I have to pay the work they did. When I talk to them, they said I asked them to do!

I am making this review incredibly late but I would really like to praise a member of the service department- Calvin Huang. He helped me more than I could have asked for and exceeded my expectations during my visit at this dealership.
For context - I came in feeling unsure about which dealership to go to in the area since I had just moved back from out of state and really missed the Honda dealership I gave my loyalty to in Chicago.
My car had been in a collision several months prior and I thought it had been thoroughly fixed from the body shop that I took it to in Illinois. However, during my long drive back to the east coast, my air conditioning suddenly went dead. Since my car is a 2021 Honda HRV it seemed unusual that my ac would die so quickly.
When I finally made it into Honda Village, Calvin was the first person to hear my situation thoroughly. Not only that but he was nice and not condescending at all. He was punctual in following up with me about what the diagnosis of my cars problem was and confirmed that the damaged part that was preventing my ac from working was from that previous accident. Not only that but after answering all of my questions thoroughly and easing my worries about my options, he even spoke to my insurance company with the proper verbiage to help me get everything covered on my open insurance claim from that collision. He helped me save almost $900 that day.
Again, I have been meaning to write this review for months now and it has weighed heavily on my conscious because finding people who are in the business to actually help others is unfortunately rare these days. At the very LEAST Calvin deserves a great review.

We had a great car buying experience here from beginning to end. Manager Stanley Pena and Salesman Jose Ortiz treated my daughter and I with respect and listened to our needs. We bought the car and we are very pleased! Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would! From the very beginning I was low balled on my vehicle (after sending photos) & an online estimate I used was charging over msrp. (Which should have been my first red flags.) Joshua Fink reached out who was very unprofessional. I asked for numbers countless times & nothing was sent to me other than just an out the door price when I wanted a full break down. I finally came in person & Joshua tried to get me to sign on a car that wasn't even there yet. I went home to think & I got back to Josh to try & negotiate a better deal & he was very condescending & rude. He kept accusing me of wanting to go to another dealer & get a better price "which wasn't going to happen." & swore he gave me the lowest deal in New England. (& first of all, who wouldn't go buy where there is a better price?) I went to Cambridge Honda & got a WAY BETTER deal. After I told him I was taking my business elsewhere bc I got a better deal he told me it was impossible (basically saying I'm lying) & that if I did not send him the deal I got "we had nothing to discuss." You're right Josh, we have nothing to discuss, I told you I was taking my business elsewhere!! I definitely do NOT recommend this place. Pushy, arrogant, rude, & POOR customer service!
