I have been waiting for 4 hours to get 4 wheel alignment. I was told it would take an hour and a half. I'm still waiting. I promised myself this time though, I'll never come back here again. (No offense to any individual, but the system here is horrible and it doesn't look like it's getting any better.)

We had an awesome experience working with the sale associate Joseph Kaba. He used his knowledge about each product line to tailor what we were looking for. We received excellent service from him. During the whole process he never gave us any pressure of purchasing anything. Instead he focused on finding the right car to meet our needs and budget. Overall, I highly recommend to work with him if you are looking for a new Honda.

It’s very hard! They didn’t fix my car but write comments everything is correct according to specifications. They changed me two times alinement money and still didn’t get the number right. But told me I have to pay the work they did. When I talk to them, they said I asked them to do!

I visited Honda Village for the first time today and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Then I spoke with Mohamed Ameur, Sales Consultant. He was so very helpful and although I was not ready to lease or purchase yet, he provided me with all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.....and honest. If I do business in the future with Honda Village, I will definitely request to work with Mohamed.

I recently had two visits here to replace a car key. My first initial visit was to get a new car key programmed to my car. I planned this appointment a week in advance. Once I got there, I waited an hour. No problem. However I was told after an hour of waiting that the machine did not work and that I would have to come back another day.
I came back again to finally get a new car key programmed to my car. This time it went over fine.
Not only did they fail to initially check their key carving machine the first time despite being told a week in advance. I also had to go and schedule time out of my life to go and wait twice. This was not acknowledged by their staff and I essentially left with a non discounted bill despite their lack of due diligence

My sister Recently came to the end of her lease with this dealership. After discussing my options she opted to buy it out. Since she now lives out of state (Maine) her initial thought was to turn it in to a dealership in Maine but she was assured by this dealership that she would only have to pay the Maine sales tax. They changed to rate on the contract to reflect a lower rate but not the actual amount (actual amount should have been $805)- effectively scamming her out of $100 to get her business. The sales manager states there is nothing they can do and she will not be reimbursed. This may not be a common experience but keep in mind that this dealership will lie (in writing) to get your business and not make things right afterwards. Bring your calculator!
@owner no need for an apology it was made completely clear that she would pay the Maine state tax and written into the legally binding contract. Looks like the salesman made a mistake and stole $100 from her. I hope you can make up for your shortcomings and write her a check, thanks!

I visited Honda Village for a scheduled appointment today and was extremely disappointed with the service I received, particularly from Calvin Huang. I made an appointment to have my vehicle fixed, but Calvin was utterly unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t fix my vehicle. He barely listened to my concerns, offered no helpful advice, and seemed completely disinterested in providing any real assistance. He appeared more concerned with rushing through the appointment than actually addressing my vehicle’s issues. Calvin’s lack of knowledge and unwillingness to put in any effort made the entire experience a complete waste of my time. The lack of professionalism and customer care was astounding.
In stark contrast, my experience at McGovern Honda in Everett was exceptional. The staff there truly cater to what you need, offering personalized and attentive service. They go above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels valued and receives the best possible care. If you want to feel respected and have your needs addressed promptly and professionally, skip Honda Village and head to McGovern Honda in Everett instead. They understand what good service means and will go the extra mile to ensure you’re satisfied.

I cannot praise Josh Fink enough for making my experience leasing cars consistently smooth and even pleasant. I have leased three cars now with Honda Village, and with the last one, I was in and out of the Dealership in less than 10 minutes. Leasing and buying cars can be unpleasant, but I had a wonderful experience. I also love my car :)

Easiest car experience of my life. Joshua Fink was simple, professional, kind and ZERO pressure at all. I will never buy anywhere else and would send anyone I know there. I could not be happier with the vehicle, the sales or finance teams there.

So many people use the term that "people are sleezy like a used Cars salesman". This place gives a new meaning to this phrase. My daughter was negotiating a used automobile from Stanley (Who is supposedly a Sales mgr). They came back with a high interest rate so my daughter was able to procure a much better rate than what the dealership offered. He proceeded to tell my daughter that they don't except outside financing. Are you kidding me right now. Who says that and how stupid do they think we are. He told my daughter don't bother that someone was coming in this weekend to buy the car. HMMMM how is that possible???? If she agreed to their absurd interest rate then the car would be hers. If this is how they are going to do business good luck dealing with them. Does not get more sleezy than that. Had to give 1 star or could not post.

Richard Maxwell was a true professional to deal with. We spoke in length over the phone to discuss the type of car that I was looking to buy for my daughter. He kept me informed on vehicles that matched my criteria.
Although my daughter found a car elsewhere on her own, Richard wished us well. He didn’t ghost us when I let him know. I will definitely deal with them in the future.

I received exceptional service at Honda Village in Newton! I bought my CRV at the end of the lease by taking out a loan from Honda Finance, and the experience was better than I could have imagined. I was shocked at how awesome Kendra in finance was. She not only got me a fantastic rate on my loan - a rate better than any I found in my research - she picked up the phone to call an underwriter to get it, and with terms that benefited me not the bank. Kendra didn’t get anything for this extra effort other than the satisfaction of putting together a great loan package, my enduring gratitude, and a Honda Village customer for life.
Shout out to Josh Fink, the Lease Retention Manager, who also provided exceptional service.
If your experience is anything like mine, you will be stunned at how good the car buying process can be at Honda Village.
