Great selection, great prices. The store is very nicely arranged and the cashiers are quick.

This Home Goods is always well stocked with lots of good quality house items that are always needed. If you see something you really like, you have to grab it since it probably won't be there on your next visit and you'll be disappointed you didn't buy the it the first time. All items are very affordable and in excellent condition.

Small parking lot, the store seems compact compared to other HomeGoods locations. It's ok. I go there regularly.

A little chaotic and tight with the lay out of the store. The front was layered with for sale items when I went in so it was hard to maneuver around the stuff and people to get to the rest of the store. The staff where super friendly though.

I just dropped in this weekend to look for a mirror and I got totally sidetracked by all the AMAZING Christmas decor that was out on display. I felt like a kid in a candy store. It's like they knew I was coming? Nothing was picked over and I swear I could've cleared off shelves and shelves of Christmas decor during this one visit. After filling up an entire cart full of Christmas stuff (you heard me), we headed over to the mirrors section and there wasn't anything basic that we were hoping to find so we didn't leave with what we were hoping to, although I would argue we left with even better goods thanks to Christmas decor. The staff is friendly here, there's plenty of parking right outside in a back parking lot, and just know there might be a slight wait in line at the checkout (I'm not surprised given by how busy it always is in here!). Of course, like any home goods it can be a hit or miss experience but this was a total hit!

I was in the store for 30+ min and couldn’t find a single employee to help me. Some furniture was scratched and scuffed. Easily the worst Homegoods I’ve seen

Came in to buy furniture, was told I could not use a dolly to load up furniture, so when I asked for help carrying the items to the register I was told by 2 people on the salesfloor they couldn’t help me (one teenager straight up saying “nah”.) I dragged all the furniture to the front myself. After checking out, I used a dolly to bring it to my car myself, and miraculously two employees appeared outside to tell me I could not use the dolly. I would love some insight from management on how I was supposed to transport this furniture with zero help.

I was at the Waltham store with a return and the cashier not only asked me to remove the items from the bag for her but also throw the bag out for her in the bin where the entrance is. She calls everyone hon. First of all, I don't work for home goods, nor do I work for her. I did it as I didn't want an argument, but next time I won't be as an accommodating.
