Great customer service and good selection of toys. However, toys are ridiculously overpriced (bought a toy and found exact same on Amazon two times (!) cheaper) and there is no price tags on most of the toys, which is by itself is a predatory tactic

Great toy store. The automatic gift receipts on the bar code are very convenient. The MBTA trains are a great gift to bring a taste of Boston to out-of-town friends.

I empathize with how hard it must be to run a physical toy store in the age of instant delivery to your door. So I took my six year old here for that old Toy Store magic. Didn't really deliver. Lego with all sorts of cobranded Disney movies but no just... Lego. A staff that wasn't very helpful in knowing whether a game was a deck building game or strategy game. Those old school little balsa wood planes? Drones I seem to see everywhere? Nah, none of that. Oh well, just hard to really do physical retail when literally every thing and every piece of information is in a browser.They came up in conversation as having some sort of Pokemon night. Sounds neat so I checked the web site. There's literally no information. So I called the store. And got a recording or phone tree or something that's not very helpful.Not really looking for cobranded marketing doofers. Not really looking for "STEM" lazily slapped onto schlock.

Fantastic selection of toys, prices, indie and mainstream brands. I was especially happy about the variety for both my 2 year old, and 10 year old. We love the Jellycat brand of stuffed animals and they have a great selection. I had to stop myself from immediately draining my bank account, I will be back for my Christmas gifts and gifts for others very soon. This is our new favorite toy store (and we have been to many across the country!!)

The seller was not knowledgeable about the items in store and not willing to help! Prices were overpriced almost 2 times in some cases even they charged me more than a labeled price!

This store harassed my child who wasn’t wearing a mask. Apparently it’s company policy to discriminate against children. I will never spend another dime here. Please shop somewhere else

They sell the board games Katamino, Quoridor and Quarto in stores. They sell Thinkfun games and puzzles. Staff was very friendly. They gift wrapped it up after purchase.

Outstanding service! When I called for assistance with a gift to be delivered in the Boston area the staff at Henry Bear's Park went completely above and beyond to help. The gifts were wrapped and sent out the same day. This is why we need local businesses! They have earned my loyalty forever!

Staff are young, friendly, and helpful. It’s always a joy when I go in with my toddler. My goal is to browse around the store but we always end up buying something there. I hope this place stays open during this tough time.
