Icky store. Went to the Woburn location & it literally smelled gross. The mattresses all seemed the same but had wild price differences. Asked when I entered what the price range was and was told "1200 and up", then I saw lots of mattresses for much less. Seems like a scam and I plan to avoid this place.

The best! Prices are somewhat competitive; you get what you pay for. Made in MA with quality parts. Great sales people (not gimmicky and pushy and no sales tax with nh delivery). Bought a mattress in the Salem store 10+ years ago. After multiple moves it still feels and looks like new. Significantly better longevity and real world comfort than my past mid grade (over $1,000 in the 90s and early 2000s) mattresses purchased from Jordan's. I highly recommend!

I strongly suggest you use Gardner Mattress. They are very friendly and have great service. Zach stayed late and helped me secure my mattress in the back of my truck!

Good display of mattresses. Hand made in MA. Some are flippable. Runs the gamut, hybrid, all coil, vegan, organic, cotton, latex. We found prices to be comparable with Jordans. 90 day return window for $79 (cost of delivery) Low key, no pressure when visiting. Erik was very helpful.

The owner was EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY FATHER over the phone. Raised voice towards an elderly man with a foreign accent! I CERTAINLY HOPE my dad’s accent doesn’t have ANYTHING to do with the raised voice!Macy’s in BURLINGTON, MA were MUCH MUCH KINDER. MACY’S takes care of ALL ETHNICITIES RESPECTIVELY!!!!!

I would give the store in Newton five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️And the mattress five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The delivery people were awful. Wouldn’t give one⭐️ They didn’t listen when I said all 6 pieces(old and new) of the mattresses wouldn’t fit in my room. They didn’t want to listen. Knocked a canvas painting and mirror off the wall with the mattress. Very rude. The owner of the company did call me that day. The company is amazing but delivery needs work

Excellent quality mattress and excellent, not pushy and knowledgeable customer service. We liked it so much that we went back few months later to purchase our second mattress here. Definitely recommended!

We purchased two mattresses from Gardner less than a year ago. I postponed writing a review until I had time to try it. Everything about the purchasing experience was stellar! The salesperson was super helpful and efficient. The delivery of the mattresses was professional and went without any glitches. The mattresses are high quality, with no odors and super comfy and supportive. The materials are topnotch as in the workmanship that went into making the bed. Most everyone knows quality when they see it and you will too if you decide on a Gardner Mattress. Do yourself a favor if you are shopping for a new mattress: go to one of their showrooms and test a mattress, you won't be disappointed! I was not paid or asked to write a review for this company. In fact I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves the kudos for a superb product.
