It's definitely worth the price and stay. Excellent customer service. There was a problem with AC in the first room. After trying to fix it, they graciously changed my room. I was so thrilled I was moved to the 12th floor.I can not begin to express how outstanding, amazing, tasty, and an excellent variety of food they had for the morning breakfast. It's like having brunch every morning. The host/ hostess was so kind, helpful, and lovely. The coffee was smooth. Lived the variety of juice. Loved that they allow guest to get to breakfast. It ended at 1030am.This was my first time staying here. Next time I'm going to book through the hotel. Instead of 3rd party. I'd have loved to get points for my six nights. Definitely will be looking for th Marriott Bonvoy going forward when I travel. I need to look up a list of hotels. The young lady, Getta,, at the front desk sealed my hotel experience. WOW, she needs a promotion. She always checked in to make sure everything was great. PLUS, it was so awesome to come back to a clean room. Most hotels have rules on cleaning. The cleaning staff were off the chain, GREAT, KIND, AND EXCELLANT CLEANERS.Don't forget to try Four Points Sheraton Boston Newton, restaurant in the hotel. Yes, amazing food.If I could give a 10, I'd. My son passed, and I'm trying to stay positive and live. So, I decided to stay at first class motel to give myself self-care. Truthfully, the room and sleeping in that wonderful bed allowed me to sleep very deeply.Thank you,Love, peace, and regardsChaplain, BellaRooms: Rooms for queenWalkability: Some storesNoteworthy details: Excellent buffett

This should be called Five Points by Sheraton....1) it's built over a 6 lane highway of fast moving traffic, so the noise is unrelenting2) it's a party hotel... kids doing running races up and down the hallway from 1am - 3am3) the heater unit in the room is wild - going intermittently through the night4) the alarm clock was left set for 6am !5) the whole floor smells of vomit

As soon as we entered our room, we were hit with a disgustingly pungent body odor smell that wouldn’t go away. So they moved us to another room, okay fine.Shortly after we had to witness a 6 woman drunken brawl at the hotel bar. Cops were everywhere. These women were drinking for hours. The tip of the iceberg was getting harassed in the middle of the night by the other guests on the floor. Seemingly teens. Front desk service did nothing, so WE had to call the police. Yes, the police were at this place TWICE in ONE night. After everything, they offered $40 off.I bought the room with the assumption of it being somewhat stable/safe. I’m sticking with Airbnb next time.

If you want a good sleep, don't live here.

Avoid this hotel if you really want to have some real sleep. Plz get prepared with pairs of earplugs if you have a limited budget and want a place close enough to the I90 exit.

The hotel appears quite unique as it straddles across an active railway. This would make it a perfect venue to watch trains zooming through. Sounds irresponsible for a model train enthusiast. The service at the hotel was also commendable. Not regretting my choice for the stay at all.

Room has no closet. Only small standing wardrobe. No dresser. Have to live out of my suitcase.

You can't polish a meatball.Noteworthy details: It is loud here, always, and the hotel is very old.You can only slap paint over it so many times, yknow? The air quality is not great, either, and there is a large quantity of debris in all of the vents. Not asthma or sleep friendly. Nice beds tho.

The problem is that you have to serve yourself, and the sound of the train and cars that actually pass under the hotel is

Got kicked out of the lobby, I was waiting for an hour to ask where I can find some food, the guy manning the desk was asleep in the waiting room and it felt awkward waking him up, even when he was awake he was talking to other staff then immediately whent to go lay down again. I understand asking me to go to my room since it’s 1 am but I’m trying to talk to someone?
