Dylan operates a great fitness facility. This newly built out location is well equipped and staffed with high quality instructors. Maria for example runs fantastic classes, good content, quality feedback presented in a useful and timely manner.

Flight is a place where you can push yourself and be guided by knowledgeable coaches. They really know what they're doing to make sure you're maximizing your workouts but also not getting hurt. Great facility, great coaches, great community - highly recommend.

I've loved every encounter I've had so far, everyone is so welcoming and warm. Each trainer personalizes your work out to you, you're not stuck doing the same thing every day which makes it exciting. Strongly recommend Flight if you're looking for a great gym, great workouts, great people, and knowledgeable trainers.

I have been going to Flight for 2 years and it has dramatically improved my quality of life - my fitness, my mentality to consistency, and my health. I have a bad back, so working with trainers and coaches with deep domain expertise is crucial - the team at Flight is incredibly good at customizing my training program around my back as my pain fluctuates. The culture they've built is impressive too - people seem to really feel like they are part of a true community. Highly recommend

I've been a member of Flight for several years and I love it. The staff is very approachable and will create a program tailored to your unique needs and goals. They'll proactively correct your form and help out whenever you need it. It doesn't matter if you're (literally) a professional athlete or an average joe, everyone is made to feel welcome, encouraged, and motivated. Between the sense of community and expertise of the staff, I couldn't recommend this locally owned business more.

Best gym out there!! I was new to lifting when I first joined, and all the coaches did an incredible job helping me learn proper form and technique.Atmosphere is fun and supportive and the personalized programming is the best. Shoutout to Dylan for 4 years of programs ?(I commute 40 mins each way to get here, I feel like that says a lot)

I originally met Dylan, one of the Flight founders, when he worked at a local Boston Sports Club (BSC) gym. I immediately left BSC when he opened Flight, it was a no brainer!! Their programming, HIIT / strength & conditioning classes are amazing ... plus, what makes Flight special is the culture and community that Flight has so intentionally created. It's become almost family-like, once you sign up, you're in!!!!I've since moved away from Boston, but was back this summer and the top priority on my list was going back for a workout at Flight. You won't regret joining this community!

If I could give Flight 100 stars, I would. They are FANTASTIC, super attentive and motivating. I worked out at Flight for two years prior to getting pregnant and was the strongest I’ve ever been! The trainers motivated me to lift more than I ever have. During my pregnancy, each trainer was very attentive to my needs and made sure to help differentiate and reposition my body. I was able to bounce right back after delivery thanks to these guys!

This gym has done an excellent job in creating a community that encourages every single patron to be the best version of themselves, the staff is incredible at what they do and they truly want to see every client succeed! They work with you towards your goals, whatever they may be, and help you get to where you want to be.

My sister recommended I see Vini and learned about this group style fitness. I’m someone who heavily relies on extrinsic motivating factors when working out, so this group style strength and conditioning format I really enjoyed, yet made it feel like personal training with individual attention from coaches whenever needing help. However, I have to dock a star due to the timing of sessions currently offered as it did not work for me due to my shift work schedule. I work a lot of evening shifts as a nurse back to back 3-11:30pm and the latest morning session during the week is only offered at 9:30am then nothing until 3pm after that. The Saturday time slots of 10-11am and 11:30am-12:30pm I would have loved to see also offered during the week, or even 10:30-11:30am or 11am-12pm slots. Because of this lack of flexibility with late morning sessions during week, I unfortunately had to end my membership. It also was too challenging to arrive on time as getting to this part of Newton can be tricky with traffic. So for those who live closer and could work with existing times, I’m jealous as would have stuck with this if was more convenient for me.

Staff are very welcoming and great at what they do. Great at helping people with their form during workouts to help prevent injury and get full feel of the workout. As well the gym is always clean and organized!! Love this gym and recommend to anyone from athlete to elder.
