All the trainers are exceptional, and they're committed to their work. The mere fact that there has been no turnover over the years I have been doing PACK there is a testament to how well FT Newtonville is managed. The trainers get to know each client and his/her level of fitness as well as any temporary or permanent limitations, and so tailor the workout to each during the whole session. They closely watch to make sure that exercises are done correctly to avoid injury and get the most benefit. All the while, they explain what they're doing. I also enjoy getting to know the other clients.

Friendly and goal oriented staff that motivates the client to workout and lead a healthier life style. Each trainer has unique aspects in their approach but they are all very professional and know their stuff. Thiago's music is probably the best of the bunch and a reason to work out here.
