Went to John with the goal to get back into a workout routine after some back issues. I also wanted a personal touch to make sure I get my form correct before pushing too hard. I was able to work with a few trainers and meet Nico. It was an overall great experience. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Fitness Together in Newton Centre is a fantastic place to get a thoughtful, well-planned and effective workout. John and Stephen are a pleasure to work with and learn from. They are personable and understanding, and encourage me to do my best. I highly recommend this location and its staff.
