Renovations can be overwhelming, so working with Matt Pickett in the Newton showroom was a huge help! Matt made it easy to navigate the selections we had to make, including the items we didn't realize we'd need. Plus, he was friendly, responsive and knowledgable.
Honestly, if we hadn't worked with Matt this renovation would have been a less pleasant experience - so thank you!

We have purchased a washer, dryer faucet and hardware for our cabinets . Love all the glitz and glamour of the lights when you come in. we probably would have ordered more products. Discouraged by the service. Totally understand the world we live in now where we’re all short of help being a business owner myself I understand.. We have left several messages to make an appointment and I’ve dropped in several times to see if we could just see someone last minute to no avail. It didn’t work out. Finally, last minute early this morning I reached out pretty much pleaded and said how disappointed my husband and I were. Finally a gentleman named Timothy Pesa was open to squeeze me in . I must say he was awesome patient and kind and rectified my issues that I had with their company. If I could just write Timothy, I would give him five stars.
Exquisite products . Just be patient with the customer service.

I worked with Jason through our home design. there was lots of choices available, almost overwhelming. Jason was able to calm my anxiety immediately. he was very knowledgeable and was able to narrow my choices to a reasonable selections. Jason is amazing at what he does he was an absolute joy to work with. every question I had he answered and I felt confident in his suggestions. I loved the personalized service I received. His expertise was excellent. He took his time and was very patient with me. He was knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I would recommend Newton Ferguson lighting to anyone

I had an excellent experience working with Jack Bacon in the Newton showroom. Jack was professional, exceedingly patient, knowledgeable, willing to do research, and thoughtful and honest with his opinions. Jack really knows his project offering and was helpful in guiding me about where to spend and where to save, which I appreciated. The new showroom looks great and has a lot of product selection to see on site.Highly recommend

Store hours are 9-5 weekdays only. Can't expect customers to take time off from work to come to your shop. Store hours are for customers not the other way round.

Big shout out to Taylor at Ferguson in Newton! I walked into the showroom to find someone who could help me in person after an incredibly frustrating series of phone calls leading nowhere, incorrect parts ordered by various people in different domains of the company, and non-returned calls for help. My hero Taylor saved the day. I came in with a puzzle that needed to be untangled and an order that needed to be delivered quickly for a job that starts next week, and he sat patiently with me, talked through all the needs, cancelled incorrect orders, started over with a complete inventory of what the job would require, and made sure it will all arrive by this Friday. Thank you, Taylor!! Can't give Ferguson a great review, but Taylor gets 5 stars!

Big big fan of Betsy (and Chris). I arrived unannounced and Betsy was very patient in helping me choose my bathtub…. Which gave me the momentum to get the faucets, vanity etc. I was struggling to understand if the size of the bathtub would be big enough for my 6’3’’ husband so Chris got in (he’s 6’5’’) so that sealed the deal! A++++ experience. Especially when Betsy went above and beyond looking at specifications for actual basin versus the length etc. again to be sure my husband would be comfortable in it- We ended up going with the 66’’ Sanford cast iron claw foot tub for our place in Maine w/ white feet and a polished nickel faucet… It’s gorgeous and elegant. I think Covid has made customer service in other places sub par and am so glad I stumbled into Betsy’s showroom on this cold Boston day. Thanks again guys!

I was having difficulty finding shower fixtures for my bathroom. I went to the Ferguson Showroom in Newton and spoke with Betsy. She was able to find everything I needed and was so helpful in getting it ordered! I definitely will be shopping there again!

I went to Ferguson to purchase a medicine cabinet, bathroom faucet, and water filtration system. I left without making any purchases. Taylor, the young sales guy who tried to help me, needs some basic training on products and customer service. When a customer asks to see the medicine cabinets -- show the range of options and be knowledgeable about the products. If you don't know the answer, take the initiative and find it out. While I could have ordered a medicine cabinet and returned it if it didn't work out, he said be careful with the packaging -- if the mirror breaks, he, surprisingly, said blame it on the packaging. He was also not knowledgeable about the water filtration systems. I had to look up ratings online while there as he could only say one system was cheaper than the other. This whole unfortunate experience was over 30 minutes. We've bought many times from Ferguson in the past, but getting the right salesperson certainly makes a difference.

Everyone we have worked with has been very nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, we received only partial deliveries and we still have items in our garage that were never part of our order. I would estimate that a third of our order was delivered incorrectly or delivered very late even though we had been told it was ready for delivery. This held up our contractor and cost us extra money. We gave them latitude due to the pandemic. However, they sent the wrong toilet bowl we have been using while waiting for it to be safe to have workers in our house again. When I called today to retrieve the correct toilet bowl that, once again, we were told they were holding for us, yet a third person (the first two people we were working with have left without our being notified), Jake could not not find any order under anyone's name. When I called back with additional identifying information, I could only leave a message. at this point, I would discourage anyone fro. From using Ferguson. Broken promises, excuses , delays and incorrect orders have overshadowed the few successes they ma aged. Look elsewhere for now.

Ferguson's manager, Betsy, just called to follow up on my initial poor review, to get more details. Ferguson's gets a rating upgrade for that, though why it took over 4 months to follow up is beyond me. One correction: the terrible sales rep's name was actually Allie, not Jamie. I'm told she's no longer with the company. Will I ever go back again? Maybe, if I can be assured that this type of treatment won't recur. The showroom was nice, after all. I didn't actually get to see it, though. We were rushed very quickly through the process. Nothing like a blur of expensive polished nickel, I always say. I hope they've learned something about what happens when you hire people with terrible customer service skills. And I hope whatever's ailing Allie gets resolved: she struck as a deeply unhappy person who takes it out on others.
