Website says it closes at 10pm… but I just walked in to this Walgreens with two large packages at 9:10pm and they told me they stop accepting packages at 9pm… so I got to carry these two large packages right on back to my car and I certainly won’t be back to this location ?

Who knew it would be so easy. Just went to local Walgreen's,which is very close to my house & I didn't have to go all the way to Chestnut Hill. Very convienant because I don't have a car.

Rubbish service, the staff was super rude and dismissive and refused to accept the return because it wasn't complete' and on the grounds that she was Walgreens staff and not FedEx. There's a way to communicate a message and clearly this centre doesn't believe in training their staff. Huge negative on customer service.
