The lady took VERY long doing my nails and she didn’t know what she was doing. Another worker had to go over to us and take over, but she still didn’t fix everything. She was telling her how to do stuff. 4 of my nails broke within 2 days of getting them done and the shapes were inconsistent and not done well. I went there to get my nails done by professionals, not be a training dummy.

I requested a gel polish change with French design. It was $30. Leanne did a very thorough job with great attention to detail. Salon was not busy on a weekday afternoon. I called first and they were able to take me in right away. I experienced no rudeness like previous reviews mentioned. Salon was clean and quiet. I would come here again!Services: French manicures

What a nightmare experience. It was my first visit and only because I bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions. Everything about my experience was terrible. I was rushed into a very small room where the woman, Leila, put paper over the table and just told me to lay down. She began putting something on my face and eyes which felt like scott tape and she was rough on my face pulling my skin. She began to do the job and put something on my eyes that made them burn. The phone kept ringing and she was actually talking on the phone and booking appointments while working on my eyes. Long story short, I was laying there freezing because she was blasting the AC on a winter day, and I could hear her cutting with scissors something above my face as my eyes were closed. It was terrifying. I couldn't wait to leave. I explained the length and she seem like she had an attitude because I had a Groupon. When she was done, she tried to rush me off. I said can I see in the mirror. She handed me the mirror and I was horrified. I am use to beautiful, soft, glamourous eyelashes. What I saw in the mirror was extra long, thin plastic looking hard lashes looking like spider legs. I couldn't believe it!!!!

FANCY NAILS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE. I came here right when I started grad school and they have been my go to ever since. Their lash service is EXTREMELY high quality and quick. The ladies who work there are super super nice, I even brought them back chocolates on my last visit before I moved. They have a stamp card! And discount if you pay in cash. (ATM conveniently located next door). Don't think about it, just go!

Very nice people but service definitely not up to standards. I told my nail tech that I was going to a wedding and there was still very little attention to detail with my gel manicure/pedicure. I don't usually leave reviews but not too happy. I made an appointment and did not just walk in so I think they could have done better since they weren't rushed.
