Do not ask them to clean any expensive clothes. I asked them to dry clean a Mackage down coat. Below are what I got. There are a lot of scratches on the hood logo, which can not be fixed. They did not make any apology. Instead, they said it is “common sense” that the damage is unpredictable since it is placed in a washing machine. I was totally shocked! As a professional dry cleaner, they did not tell me that there could be potential permanent damage when I dropped the cloth. Also, they refused to be responsible for any damage. As they said, I could also have caused those damages if I had washed it at home. Then, I have a question: why I paid 60 dollars for a professional to clean it?

I am super impressed by the tailoring here. I brought in a wool sweater with about 10 moth holes. I thought it was a goner… but after they worked their magic, you can’t even tell where the holes were. Good as new!

Went in on a weekend for a tux rental for my son and the place was packed. Even having to jump back and forth between all the customers, the staff did a great job managing the situation with a smile too.

I go to Eurotouch cleaners regularly. They do a fantastic job (laundry, dry cleaning, fixed my sweater) and are really nice too. Highly recommend.

Oak is a wonderful person, excellent seamstress and I’ve been going to her for dry cleaning and my alterations for many years! She has seen my kids grow through the years and always remembers to ask about them. I highly recommend her!

I was looking for an affordable cleaner that could do the job well. After exploring a few other places in the area I ended up here. Service is always great and affordable. The most important thing to me was time, they always ask when I need it back, and make sure it's ready that day. Other cleaners in the area were taking a week, they were doing it within 2 days here.
