This is the worst CVS I have ever gone to. People have always been rude to me or my girlfriend. We dropped disposable cameras off 7 months ago and they somehow lost them. Still they cannot find them and when I tried to get CVS support involved to call them and investigate they just said they were ready to be picked up. Which was just a lie considering my girlfriend was there 20 minutes before the phone call. If you can avoid this one I would at all costs.

Called 19 times today to the pharmacy, they never picked up. I was told by store front that pharmacy will no longer be taking phone calls! How is that efficient? So now I have to take my disabled daughter in, wait on a long line with only 3 staff working, to always find out there is a problem with getting her meds on time. I’m fed up!

Chronically understaffed. Always a line. One cashier lane open. Otherwise— a wonderful store with a huge varied selection of products, modern atmosphere, huge spacious parking lot.

I have never had worse customer service in my life. I have been trying to help my parents with their insurance. CVS pharmacy kept saying it wasn’t going through. I called their insurance and they said it should go through with no problem. I called the pharmacy after the insurance company said they kept being hung up on. I finally got through and put the insurance company on three way with CVS. They figured it out for my dad. I started to give him mother’s info and the pharmacist said “I can’t do anyone else I HAVE TO GO TO LUNCH.” I said “I have been dealing with this for hours, can we please finish this”. He said “I HAVE TO GO TO LUNCH” and hung up the phone.
The insurance lady couldn’t believe it.
I understand people are over worked and under paid, but hanging up on customers is absurd. I will be moving to Union Pharmacy.

The CVS at 978 Boylston Street in Newton is one of CVS's finest locations. The manager or the pharmacy and pharmacy staff are helpful - simply terrific. Usual good sale items too.

Getting through to the pharmacy is impossible. When the automated system finally transfers you, the hold hangs up after 6 mins. The staff is nice in person, reaching them to avoid a useless trip is impossible.

Great experience getting a COVID vaccine shot at the Minute clinic here. Friendly, quick, professional. Such a stark difference with some other CVS facilities.

I am convinced this pharmacy doesn’t have a phone because they’ve never answered it.
