We bought this sectional in 2018 thinking we were purchasing "good" quality furniture. It has not been used much, but the problem has nothing to with usage. The sectional was not made well and the fabric is puckering on the backs and along the top of the sofa back. Sofas should last 7 - 10 years or longer if they are "good" quality. I'm now going to donate to charity a $4,300 piece of not-well built furniture and buy something to replace it. C&B's furniture looks great in the showroom, but is not built to last to last.

I don’t know what it is with the c&b but the customer service stinks. The associates are rude and condescending. I went to this location yesterday and had an interaction with an associate who spoke impolitely to me during a transaction, but thought it could just be a one-off. I unexpectedly ended up stopping by again today and was faced with a different associate who was also rude and unfriendly. I will not be going to this location again.

to make a long story short, my roommate and i picked out a couch to be custom ordered and delievered to my apartment. melissa said our new couch would fit in the apartment when i gave the dimensions, and even took the time to come and measure our stairwell, confirming that it was good to go. waited about 2 months for it to come, legs show up damaged and it won't even fit up the stairs. she blamed it on the moving company not trying hard enough (my roommate witnessed them trying to move it up and it was impossible) instead of admitting that her measurements were off. i did end up getting a refund which i'm still waiting on but now we are out of a couch and no furniture to sit on in our living room for probably at least 2 weeks since i refuse to buy any other furniture from crate and barrel. i wouldn't recommend

We came in to start our wedding registry in store and Alison was so kind and helpful! She gave us great tips about quantities of items, things to look out for (like do we want stackable glassware or maybe not care as much if it stacks), and generally just shared in our excitement. Our guests have had an easy time purchasing off the registry so far!

I bought a $1200 from Crate & Barrel that lasted less than one year. Rug was all faded and matted down just from walking on it with our stocking feet. A big waste of money. Crate & Barrell offered a partial refund in the way of a gift card. The rugs look nice at first but they're junk.

Crate and Barrel we're incredibly impressed with their products everything very organized and High quality and good price (champagne glasses and a cake plate). Would recommend to anyone looking to buy kitchenware!

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received. I placed an order for curbside pickup and when I arrived to pick up, after receiving a notification that my order was ready, they couldn't find my order. I waited for 55 minutes to leave with 3 pieces of my order still missing. At no point did a manager intervene to see what the problem was. Absolutely awful for spending over $300.
