This Chicos is the nicest I have ever seen. Clean, well organized, great selection and Monica the manager is amazing. She has a sense of style which I love and was very enthusiastic and attentive. Thank you Chicos and Monica.

Had wonderful assistance from Monica at the Chicos in Chestnut Hill Mall. As the only man in the store and looking completely befuddled. I required assistance to find a gift for my 80-year-old mothers birthday. Not only did Monica take the time to help me but my mother ended up loving the gift. Monica asked all the right questions to find out what kind of taste my mother has enclosed. Her cheerful disposition and groovy glasses made the experience a lot of fun. Thank you Chicos

I have been shopping at Chico's for last twenty five years, I remember my first visit to Chico's store in Cape Coral Florida with my aunt and fell in love with their modest design and bold jewelry collection. This review is not regarding Chico's product (my closet is full of Chico's). This incident happened in Chico's Chestnut Hill Boston location. Sales attendant's are very rude, as soon as I walked in she gave an unfriendly look, asked me curtly if I needed help, I politely answered "no". Within few minutes I realized she was following me and another few minutes later she told me "are you familiar with our sizes" I smiled and said "yes", she had this disbelief in her face. She continues to give me a suspicious look that made me so uncomfortable and left the store. I am brown and I wear headscarf, not sue if my appearance has anything to do with her behavior.

I am writing about customer service I have been to the store this particular location several times. Every time I talk to the associate especially the evening associate is very curt and rude. The minute I walk into the store which is usually after 5:30 because that’s when I get off of work I work a 10 hour day. They immediately say the store is closing very soon you need to hurry up. Also I called about an exchange for an online order and again they are rude over the phone and they just want to make me not even go there, but it’s the closest store to me. Come on ladies let’s see some customer service like you care about earning some money or selling some clothes.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. In the past I used to feel the staff were not great but with new management the last year at least has been great. Good return policy and good sales
