CEACO company initiated restitution but failed to deliver. Automated promises not kept. 31 October 2023 automated reply from company to deliver in 4-6 weeks never materialized. It's a scam.

I have bought many puzzles from CEACO and I've been happy with them. About a month ago I bought their Puzzle Scoop/ magnifying glass that lights up to see the pieces better. The batteries lasted only 2 weeks. I took them out to see what kind they were. I saw some similar on Amazon. So I bought them, they didn't work. So I bought some more that were similar from Amazon but from a different battery company. They did not work. I contacted CEACO by email.... it took a few days to hear back. After a few emails exchanged, the costumer service rep basically told me that they didn't know what the problem was and that this was ongoing. So, they were going to look into it. That was a week ago. I have not heard back since then. My gut feeling is that they want to ignore the problem and hope that I give up and go out to buy another one. The sad thing is, this magnifying glass is not for me, it's for a 93 year old man who loves reading his paper everyday and no other magnifying glasses have worked as well. I feel so bad when I have to tell him that the company still is doing nothing to fix the issue. CEACO should have offered to replace the gadget for free while they figure things out. I seriously don't expect them to return my emails. I would never buy another puzzle from them, nor would I recommend the Puzzle Scoop either.

I just completed my second CEACO puzzle and found that two pieces were missing. The first CEACO puzzle had one piece missing. In addition, the pieces are very thin and do not lock in very well. The slightest movement and the puzzle comes apart. I have been doing jig saw puzzles for many years and have not run into this problem before. All I can say is beware if it is a CEACO puzzle

I bought this puzzle new and unopened. There were three duplicate puzzle pieces that were cut, just a little off from their twin pieces. There were also 2 pieces missing. This is a little disappointing. It seems shotty. The good point was the image. It was a fun cartoon cats at a beach enjoying the height of summer. The image was great, the quality control ----not so much.

We were looking forward to this Nativity puzzle since it’s Christmas Eve..however, we were most disappointed with the quality of the pieces. We had to use glue to press the faces down on many pieces. The cost of the puzzle was $16.99 for a 1,000 piece puzzle so we expected good quality.

Puzzle piece missing! Love your puzzles though! We need that last piece so we can glue together and frame it!
