I really enjoy the workouts at Burn. The 45 minutes flies by and I have definitely gotten stronger. I often have to keep my ego in check to make sure I don't injure myself by going to fast or too heavy. It's friendly and supportive.

The trainers here are so super nice and helpful. They will help with modifications if something needs to be adjusted for a work out. They are encouraging and help people reach their fitness level goals.

I’ve been attending Burn since they opened their doors in February 2018. It’s true when they say the gym is more than a gym, it’s a community. At Burn you get an awesome workout for 45min by extremely attentive and kind trainers and you get to experience the support of your Burn sisters/bros. We cheer each other on, encourage each other to pick up heavier weights, go faster, modify up, and laugh and smile all while doing it. The community it reflective of the love the co-owners and trainers have put into fostering a space of welcoming and belonging. I love that I’m alongside seasoned athletes, people new to exercise, caregivers, students, and those who are making the most of 45min dedicated to themselves. It has changed my life for the better!

I have been coming here since they opened and I have never met a community as great as this one! The trainers are there for you whether you need a mod up or down and there to push you to be the greatest version of yourself. I am forever grateful for being a part of this amazing gym!

Excellent 45 minute workout- you leave feeling AMAZING! Modifications are given for every exercise making it accessible for EVERY BODY. Lots of parking and easy to access! Variety of different trainers who lead you through the workouts in a positive supportive way!

No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you will feel welcomed here and you’ll grow here! I especially recommend Burn to anyone getting back into working out postpartum (I started at Burn 3 months postpartum). The coaches are so attentive and skilled at helping to modify the workout to challenge you no matter where you’re at. You can even bring your little one to child care during most classes, which sealed the deal for me!

Burn Bootcamp has been life changing! I was never a gym person, ever.. and I came here one time and could not wait to come back. Again, and again. The community, trainers and staff are beyond amazing who motivate and inspire you to be your best self no matter what level you are on. I recommend and will continue to recommend this “family” to anyone and everyone!

Love BURN. Workouts are challenging but every exercise can be modified up or down as needed. Best part is the community — so encouraging & inspiring. We motivate each other. Even though it’s often tempting to sleep in, once I walk through the doors for 6:30am camp, I’m always glad I did. With free 7-day trial + frequent specials/promos, there’s no reason not to check this place out!

Don’t let the word Boot Camp scare you. Burn Boot Camp newton is an amazing gym with great trainers and a community of burn sisters and bro that will also push you to reach your goals. I went from a person that wasn’t a big fan of going to the gym to going 6 times a week at 5:15 am Mon-Fri and 7 on Saturday. Burn has changed my life!!!

When you sign up for Burn Boot Camp Newton, you don’t just join a gym you join the most incredible, supportive and empowering community. There are so many benefits to this place I don’t know where to begin! First, you get structure - you don’t have to think about what to do to work out, you just show up and know you will get a great work out (with an awesome mix of strength and cardio throughout the week). Second, you will get accountability, in the best way possible, once you join you will just not want to miss camps and the trainers and people at the gym will just make you smile and feel glad you are there. Anyway, if you’re still reading- just join! Try a week free and you will be hooked for life!

The trainers are the best- i walk in feeling my 60 years, walk out feeling 40! They help me work hard while staying safe, and their encouragement and good cheer are infectious (the good kind). Great gym, friendly supportive atmosphere, fun music.
