I came to return of an online order. And also, the digital gift cards were not okay to use online. So I asked for physical cards instead. The staff never dealt with this issue before so it took them a while to figure. Giselle was very patient and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Love, love, love everyone at this location, and Deedee is THE BEST. I stopped in to pick up some skincare and talked with Deedee about what I was using, my skin, what I was looking for in products and she helped direct me towards what would be a good fit and give me the best results. She wasn't focused on selling me the most expensive items, she genuinely cared about my happiness and wanted to make sure I had what I needed and would work best. I picked up a few things and she happily gave me samples of things to try that I was on the fence about. All of the recommendations were outstanding, my skin looks great. Also, the store specific line, Lune & Aster, is fantastic!

Stopped in today for some skincare product advice and support. Had the absolute best experience working with Jack. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I'm looking forward to booking appointments with him for microdermabrasions in the future!

The merchandise mix appears to be broad with lots of options and the environment is pleasant; The service /staff is mediocre..not very helpful nor very happy to be there it seemed.

I have been to the store a couple of times. Both times there was a woman there that is extremely rude. She talks down to customers. Unless you are there to spend hundreds of dollars, she acts as if you are annoying her. Terrible customer service. For such a lovely store with so many Great products, they should be ashamed. I would recommend ordering online, or if you do need to go into the store, the Dedham location is a whole different experience.

I generally love Bluemercury but I've never been to this one before. I love it because the staff is always so helpful which I need when navigating through all of their products. I went into this store and it seemed like there was only one sales associate helping people and there were three other people ahead of me. She didn't stop to let me know it would be a few minutes - I was just totally ignored. I'd expect this at many of the other makeup chains but not here. My advice is to avoid this store and make the trip downtown to the one on Newbury street.

One of the worst facials I've had. My esthetician did not ask me if she could add on things that were going to increase the price and just casually mentioned them as if they were included in the facial I had booked. The extractions were very rough because there was no steam so now my face looks worse than when I came in. So disappointed not to have a post facial glow!
