Went looking for summer dresses at Bloomingdale’s 3rd floor. Basma assisted me as if I was at an upscale boutique. She pulled together a bunch of dresses that might suit my body type. She was exceptionally honest, quickly dismissing the dresses that did not look good— So when she said a dress looked great, I totally believed her and she was right! I ended up leaving with three dresses and a jacket and a whole lot of confidence. Thank you Basma for a flawless shopping experience!! I will be back.

Clean store, nice displays of current season's styles. The days of sales floor assistance seem to be a thing of the past...kinda miss that.

I am always disappointed by the service in both the women's store and the men's store. The employees stand around avoiding eye contact. Today, 3 employees watched me stand by a locked accessories display case for over 10 minutes. 1 walked by and said hi and kept walking. After I walked around to look for help, an employee who walked by me earlier finally assisted me. This is pretty consistent with their service here every time. And it's why I prefer to buy online for store pickup, or simply shop elsewhere. It's ridiculous, particularly with their prices and the state of retail.

Excellent customer service. Great staff, except for a few of the Nespresso folks, who can be very moody and standoff-ish.. probably not commission based.

A week ago, Shristi assisted me at the Bond No 9 counter. She was so patient with me as I explored the beautiful Bond fragrances and provided very helpful feedback. If you pass by the store, make sure to pass by her counter, I know I will!

Horrible service is an understatement. I purchased two items from online and one of the items did not meet my standards and the second item actually broke out my daughter’s skin, it was a baby cream. I went to the store to return both items after contacting customer service and they told me I can take them in store. The store did not take my items back bc they claimed to not be in sellable condition even tho I explained that the quality is poor and that is why I was looking to return them. Gave me a very hard time, made me feel bad that I was returning a cheap quality product. I had to drive to ups and ship back to Bloomingdales online and get my refund. Get your cosmetics from Sephora, the appreciate your business and feedback.

Made an online purchase and called customer service for information Pertaining to the online purchase and also another product. The online order customer service at Chestnut Hill kept hanging up on me. I get it everyone has bad days but you don’t take it out on the customers… there was absolutely no need to be rude. It was my first time shopping at Bloomingdale’s and probably my last. So if you don’t value, customer service and you like buying Luxury items this is your place.

Where are the employees? I came to get a handbag I had already looked at online, I just wanted to see it in person before purchasing. I wasn’t greeted by anyone but found the bag myself on the third floor. I waited at the register in the section for a good 20 minutes before walking to another section where I was told I could only check out by the section I found the bag in. Went back and waited 10 more minutes before deciding to just order online where I get better rewards anyway. I feel like me being younger had something to do with this as the only worker who even looked my way was the security guard. Will not be coming back.

I purchased an item online & returned the item within 1 day of receiving it. Instead of crediting my original form of payment they sent me a gift card. When I emailed & called customer service, I was told they with get back to me within 30 days! It's been over 30 days & I still haven't received a response. I would never recommend shopping here.
