They do really nice work here and are very helpful with picking framing materials. It’s not cheap but they really do honor their pledge to redo their work for any reason. A piece they did years ago for us fell during a move breaking both glass and frame. They redid it free of charge and with no hesitation.

Victoria at Newtonville Big Picture Framing did a great job doing a custom frame for a college acceptance letter and pendant. Very high quality work and great customer service!
