“Been going to this branch for a while. Don't get wrapped into financial planning though too fast. It's a waste of time and I only wanted to open a simple CD. Listen to what the customer is saying and stop pressuring people to share facets of their life that they shouldn't divulge to a CPA. Everything else is stellar.”

Unlike the phone team, Liam was a great listener, pleasant to spend time with, and willing to help. He jumped over numerous hurdles during the application appeals process, found the issue in the system, and got me approved for my company's card on the spot.
