Wonderful experience at this branch. Aida was so helpful and considerate helping me open an estate account for my grandfather. Aida made the process easy and I never had to worry about a thing. Thankful I chose this branch to do my business!

The worstest customer service. People not helping and don't want to lessen to you. This is why I don't like this bank.

Terrible customer service I waited a half hour just to see the teller. And there was no one else in line but me. When I asked the manager if there were any other tellers she said no. When I said it's a customer service problem, she told me it was not a customer service problem it was something else, although I could not understand what else she had in mind. What an awful experience this has been.
