I wish there was a zero star option. These people are horribly slow. I'm waiting a half hour to fix a mistake they made with no end in sight. I've moved most of my business but still have personal checking due to bill pay, though it would have taken less time to move all my vendors rather than wait here

If you had a bad interaction, then more than likely you are the cause and not the bank. This particular financial center Bank of America is absolutely wonderful in regards to respecting each customer. Clearly every employee is competent, and is extremely professional in all aspects of their jobs. I am one to call out nonsense when I see it and let the rest of us know. However with Bank of America at first skeptical, now I see the institution as being one of the best in the country.

Totally incompetent branch. I have a checking account and wanted to convert New Zealand Dollars to be deposited into my account. After patiently waiting in line, the teller acted like he had never done a simple currency conversion before. Then a banker came over and couldn't figure out how to do it on her computer and gave up saying "sorry go to another branch." At the Newtonville branch the teller took care of it in 5 minutes so I know this was insanity.

Horrible customer service. Thought I would give BOA a try to have something notarized and open a business account. Nope. Their customer service is just as lousy as I remember from years ago.I had an appt with a notary today at 12:30pm and I waiting until 1 pm. There were initially 3 of us waiting. The notary asked another woman if she had an appt and when she said no, she helped the gentleman that apparently did. After about 20 minutes, another representative came out of her office and without even looking at me, took the woman without the appt into her office. Afterward, she came out, walked passed me and went in the back. Enters another woman and she sits to wait. The representative comes out, again doesn't look at me and gestures for her to come with her. I politely tell her that I had a 12:30 appt, I was on my lunch and had to get back. She informed me that the woman she was about to help "has an appt too." I told them I was leaving, couldn't wait any longer. She then offered to schedule another appt. I declined. Why would I want to do that!! Completely wasted my time.

Great experience at this BofA location. No long lines or sketch folks milling about either. Irina and Jinny were both so patient, kind an helpful too. They didnt give up on helping me through a complicated transaction. Drove out of my way to come here, and really glad I did.

Not a professional worker! I went to the bank for my new account. My Associate’s name Brianne Hennigan she was awful and waste my time. She wrote my different mailing address on her paper but still shipped to my address. I told her I’m on vacation tmr please send to this address my brother will keep it for me. Now my debit was missing and I have to renew it. Just one debit card I have to wait for almost 1 month.

Despite what other reviews say, I had a pleasant experience at this branch! I booked an appointment in advance and had all my questions answered. All the employees were super friendly especially Albano! Thank you so much!

If you need to see a specialist etc. yet a long wait. No matter what time you go in there. Seem to always be short staffed. 30 min to an hour wait Every Time.
