I priced a couple "major" jobs comparing dealer, Advance, and another shop. Advance was the most comprehensive with best price each time. Other positive factors- he's local and open Mon - Fri to 6, Sat to 3.”

“Went in to get my car’s windows tinted. They were great to work with. Jon showed me the different options and gave me an estimate. I scheduled over email, took my car in this morning and had it back by early afternoon. They do really great work and are clearly trusted by the car aficionados in the area, based on all the exotic cars that are always in their parking lot (it’s like a car show out there), but they were happy to take on my much less exotic vehicle as well. “We all rely heavily on our cars. No car ~ and our lives, (as we knew it), come to a panicked standstill. Two questions: Who can help me the quickest? (and) Are they going to charge me twice what the job is worth? My suggestion is: When, by reading reviews or a personal reference, you get the name of a good mechanic or shop, go there, tell them, "I was told that I can trust you". As a customer, show them trust, respect, and loyalty. If you found the "Right one", soon you'll be thinking, "I'm driving to my friend, to get my car repaired at a fair price". I've been driving for about 50 years. When the mechanic was an employee, I gave him a cash tip. The owner, gift cards, loyalty, friendship. I've seen guys drop their tools to come help me. (They do it ~ because of how I've treated them first.) I've had a number of different people fix my cars & trucks, and they were all friends.”

“Arthur did a great job repairing a nasty ding and dent on my brand new car from an idiot who opened their doors carelessly in a parking lot. While he does not do paint chips, he was able to bang out the dent and buff out scratches so that it’s way less painful to look at. He recommended that I do the touch up paint myself and ensured me it will be an easy DIY job. I will definitely give him a call if this happens again.”
“I do all of my own maintenance with some rare exceptions, and I'm very picky about where I take my vehicles. I had a great experience here, though. Had new tires delivered, put on, and an alignment done.
No issues at all, and actually one of the mechanics pointed out that I had a slightly bent wheel... which is extremely valuable insight.

“I got a flat tire on i-95 this week, and Mike at Sullivan was so helpful! While they didn't have the tire I needed in stock on the day of my flat tire, they were very clear about when they could get my tire and when I could get back on the road. The only reason I did four stars is because it was a bummer having to drive all the way back out to Newton (from Western Mass) the next day, but Mike's kindness and clarity made for amazing service. Also, Sullivan provided a free Lyft ride to/from the rental car place, and communication was very clear. Thanks, Mike!”

“The auto repair shop that operates at this gas station is a hidden gem. I discovered it accidentally, as my engine threw an error code and started choking, so I pulled into the first place I saw. They went above and beyond to help me out on a busy Saturday morning. Marc has diligently troubleshot the issue with a misfiring cylinder and had me take a test drive to make sure the problem does not reappear. He even agreed to recalibrate my suspension and was able to identify the root cause of another issue that I knew about and needed to address. Now, this is a rare foreign car that most small repair shop do not even have the equipment to work on. It was a small miracle that I desperately needed to have them help me out on the spot and safely put me back on the road. Chatting with Marc and his father who runs the place, I can certainly tell that these are very genuine, knowledgeable and hard working professionals. I am happy that I have finally found an independent shop that I can trust. This is going to be my “go to” shop going forward for all my car service needs. Thank you guys!”
