I bought IPhone 15pro Max for my sister, from this store 3 days ago, i am glade I opened the box in the store and infront of the employees, unfortunately the iPhone was scratched and totally used, I showed that to the employee and off course I returned. when he checked he told me, sorry we don't have another pro Max and I knew, that, because they just had one return and wanted to sale it to me, can you guys believe that? I buy used IPhone for almost $1700.00 and used that was really shocking, after 2 hours waiting I got used IPhone, I couldn't believed that Apple sales used IPhone to their customers, I was very frustrated so, I never ever trust this store anymore.??

Walked in on Monday morning with a broken MacBook, got on the waitlist for a quoted 2-2.5 hr wait, got text confirmation and then never got an appt for the day. Went back the next day on Tuesday, they had no record of me being on the list and now it would be another 3-3.5 hr wait even after showing my text confirmations… or wait and get an appt on Sunday, 6 days away. Very frustrating, off to buy a new computer elsewhere!

This Apple Store is the worst I've ever go! The staff attitude was so rude! I walked in to the store and asked for help and staff who stand at the entrance just walked away and said find another person and she was completely free! And I waited for 5mins someone finally came, then I put an order for iPhone and he kept complaining that how busy he is.....making the angry face and so inpatient to told me to waited there and someone will grab my phone to me. And I waited 30 mins! I tried to asked how long should I wait during the 30 mins, they just ignored me! It's felts like they are the customer and putting all the negative energy to me! Wtf!

Horrible Experience. Employes treat you poorly, they ignore you. Servicing devices takes 2 weeks... You have to be calling everyday to get an update. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE

This location was by far the best Apple experience I’ve had thus far. I made an appointment for the same day, and our sales rep Marty (who was absolutely AMAZING) helped us right away. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy. As a student I was looking for a multi purpose IPad but also wasn’t looking to break the bank and he completely understood and pointed me in the right direction. Marty did such an incredible job and knew the right way to sell a product!

I was extremely anxious about the process of getting a new phone, but the staff here (particularly Nate and David) were amazing! They were so patient and made things totally stress free (and even kinda fun)!

Terrible customer service. I arrived right on time for an appointment to buy a new iPhone and set up service. I was told they couldn’t help with that because they close in 45min even though that is what I said I wanted to do when filling out the form to schedule the appointment. Totally unhelpful and a complete waste of time. At least apologize or be nice about it.

I was in the area, and I made an appointment for later in the day. I needed to be seen sooner than expected, and after speaking with the greeter about the time conflict. Her excellent customer service talents allowed me to be seen sooner

Disappointing for customers with hearing loss seeking solutions to technical problems. Staff was unhelpful, (quite possibly because they’ve had little or no training in accessibility solutions.)

Customer service is great! We did have a huge issue with payment though. If you apply Apple gift cards as a down payment on a device, you can’t do monthly Apple card installments. It is some technical glitch that prevents it, and we ended up leaving without an iMac….

I had the best experience purchasing a new phone after my last one of many years finally kicked the bucket. The technition assisting me (Anthony) was super knowledgable, kind and personable. He seriously took the time to help me and try to get me the best deal as well as figure out how to transfer all of my old data (even though my old phone was being a major problem).All in all great experiance thanks to the staff. Their kindness made spending alot of $ much more palitable.

Bought a new computer, defective screen, stopped working spontaneously and they refused to replace computer, only refurbish it. Didnt pay for a refurbished computer, paid for a new computer.

Just had a great experience at the Chestnut Hill Apple Store - my iPhone screen stopped responding to my touch within an hour of the store closing time. I ran over to Chestnut Hill on the off chance that the Apple Team could address the issue, or at least get me to a point where I could do my own troubleshooting. Not only did the team stay past closing time on a winter Tuesday to completely fix my issue, they went above and beyond by not charging me for the effort. Thanks again!

Literally no sales rep who works here has any knowledge of apple products. Their advice was all superficial and they did not instill any confidence whatsoever. Always a pain dealing with Apple. Worst customer service I have experienced at a phone store.
