My initial experience with purchasing and having parts sent out was great my emails were responded to promptly service was great until I received a wrong part in my order. My initial follow up to this wrong part was promising. I was told the correct part would be shipped out. After 2 weeks I attempted a follow up to see if my replacement part had been shipped. Now all of a sudden my calls were not being answered and my emails not responded to. I had to call from a different phone number to get someone to answer the phone? Short staffed ? Maybe trying to avoid having to ship out the correct part? Who knows. I have been told now the correct replacement part has not yet been shipped and will be shipping ASAP. We will see what happens If or when the part arrives. At that point I will update my review for this company.

Absolutely the worst!! Misrepresented a replacement part as NOS Mopar then wouldn't pay for shipping back or refund the shipping they charged after their mistake. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! This issue has been resolved.

Big shout out to the crew at Bernbaum Auto Parts. I got my brake parts for my 56 dodge in two days....I had a friend helping and the truck was on his lift taking up space...could not move without the brake parts. I have done business with these guys for years and never had any issues....so again thanks!

Chris has been great to work with. Very unique business in the US in that they have inventory on car parts that are no longer made. Mostly I would want "original car parts" that look great, then this is the place to buy. Their parts are well stored, while maintaining their integrity and age era. This is not an easy business I imagine as "one of a kind" parts are perhaps not as "new looking" as they were decades ago when first made. Still if you want an original part for your rebuilt car, and care about how it looks and operates, you need to give Andy's Auto Parts a try.

Disappointed with this usually good business. Never completed order; did not receive refund for purchase not delivered. Hung up on me when order was questioned. This occurred late 2020; have given them a good amount of time to make good on the refund (stilll waiting).

I've purchased several parts in the last year, I've even recieved help from Chris the owner, however I've had three incidents now where I have received either defective or wrong parts, when I call I am met with a snotty attitude like this morning when I called about my oil pressure line that was two inches too long and braided like it belongs on my kids Subaru. My car is 100% original, nobody has touched this hose yet they tell me I'm wrong. Also they charged 13 bucks for shipping it, I spent 4.50 shipping it back in the same envelope. They offer no help on return shipping cost, even when they sent me a defective brake light switch that was leaking brake fluid, I had to eat the shipping cost, I've also ordered piston rings, they sent the wrong sizes even though I was very specific on them, they did make good in those but 3 strikes and out for me, unfortunately our business has to come to an end and I will source my parts elsewhere.
