Last year, I moved my portfolio for my business insurance to Anchor Insurance Group. We have had nothing but incredible service and and top notch coverage. Becca is fast, professional and completely on top of my large account. She truly cares about each of her clients. We have 6 physical locations of our fitness studio, as well as numerous temporary spaces due to COVID. Becca has walked me through all aspects of our coverage, especially during a pandemic when many things in our business are very uncertain. Many times I am requesting a quick turn around and my request is always met with speed, accuracy and care. We are thankful and lucky to have such a relationship as we do with Anchor. We look forward to many years of doing business with them.

I called for a commercial auto quote on January 21st it is now February 9th. I was originally quoted 2days. I have called several times. Becca did not give me updates and in my opinion is not very professional. It was as if she didn’t want to service my company. She told me she was waiting on a quote. I finally called today and all of a sudden she received the quote this morning but didn’t give me a call to notify me. Just a waste of time. I don’t recommend this company and certainly not going through Becca.

Jackie King has been taking care of my Insurance requirements for the past ten years. She is absolutely thorough and dedicated, she makes sure that my requests are all taken care off in a timely manner. She has been in the insurance industry for a very long time and knows the nuances, how each company operates and always gets the best possible rates to cover my exact needs. Nothing more and nothing less, that's what insurance is all about, you don't over/under insure. And lastly, she treats you like family and with utmost respect. With the current fast pace of life this quality is extremely hard to find. Highly recommend! I have worked with Becca since I started my business. She has always been on top of my account and helped me to grow and grow.
