Highly recommended. I needed to resize my platinum rings, and they were happy to help. They finished the repair in record time, for a very reasonable price, and with quality in-house workmanship. And everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional, and easy to work with. I'd definitely return for any future jewelry needs, repair or creating my own, or purchasing what they already have in stock- looks like they have excellent taste.

My wife and I bought 2 wedding rings and an engagement ring. Great quality. They showed us many options and helped us choose the rings they we wanted and answered our questions. Great customer service. We started going there for other stuff like fixing our watch and necklaces. I highly recommend Alex and Co!

Went looking for a anniversary ring for my wife. Found Alex and company on internet as i did not know where to go, as it turns out was a great choice. I purchased a beautiful ruby ring with the help of Sofia, kind of custom and was very pleased as my wife loved loved the ring. Came back in 2 weeks after purchase to pick up ring with my wife on a saturday and they sized it in no time at all, perfectly. They have beautiful jewelry and more then fair prices and great customer service! ,would highly recommend no hesitation for all your jewelry needs. Thank you again!

I set out to buy a anniversary ruby ring for my wife, I didn't know where to go so I looked on the internet at jewelery stores in and around , Alex and Company got great reviews so I decided to try them and was not disappointed as they are are first rate all around. Beautiful selection, terrific customer service, More then fair prices as they have very quality jewelry I dealt with Sofia who helped me pick out a beautiful ring for my wife and she loved it! I had an amazing experience working with Alex at Alex and Co. He made the most gorgeous engagement ring for my fiancé. He understood our needs well and made the best ring within a reasonable budget. My fiancé was in awe when she saw the ring and she absolutely loved it. We plan to go back to Alex for our wedding ring/band as well. He is a sweet and kind person. I found him flexible and receptive to customer needs compared to other jewelers in that area of Newton, MA.
