Wait time: 5-10 min. When I arrived at 1pm- Line on the left, would recommend going early before rush hour
Customer service was amazing here. Stephan was very personable and helped guide me thru the process.
Took less than ~5-10 as well and got the IDP the same day so I can go Mario Karting in Japan!

Super long line even with appointment which makes no sense. Why have appointments? Five people without appointments served ahead of those of us with appointments… might as well go to the regular RMV where it is more organized.

We stopped in to get our International Drivers Permit. Tricia, the agent that took care of us was beyond help. She efficiently processed our application and helped us with other AAA services. Tricia was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Terrible experience and I have no confidence in AAA after my wife had a terrifying brake failure leaving St Elizabeth Hospital in Brighton, Ma. On Nov 30 , 2023 @ 9 pm. It was on a very steep hill Nevins St & Warren Ave. she was told a tow truck would be there in a hour (10:00pm ) I (husband) came out to the vehicle and waited with her @ 10:30pm she was told tow truck ETA was 10:44pm. Nobody showed up 11,12 1am, 2am Five hours at 39 degrees. The website is a joke tracking tow truck nobody called saying they couldn't get out till mid morning Dec 1,2023 Also was told by the repair shop it was towed to 6 miles away that it doesn't surprise them of lack of communication and service. We felt comfortable with family members especially females believing that AAA would be able to fill their perception of 24/7 coverage which they advertise but it's Not True ! They will leave you out in the Cold waiting !

Pretty easy. They get busier on Saturdays but I don’t think anyone was waiting more than 20 minutes to be seen.

Went in for passport photo and account related work. Short line that moved very quickly. Michaela helped me, she was very kind and courteous, she had answers for all of my questions. Highly recommend if you need to get a quick passport picture taken.

Waited 30 minutes for passport pictures to be taken, and they ended up being rejected. I should have gone to the post office to begin with.
