It shouldn’t cost me $100 to return a box spring that did not fit up my stairs and was never removed from the packaging. This is a “after COVID policy”
It is still in the airtight package!!

Me, my wife, and my kids had a great experience shopping at the Mattress Firm. Fred, who helped us, was great!
He listened to our needs, showed multiple mattresses that may satisfy us, explained the science behind each mattress and differences between each others. He never forced us to sell expensive models but helped us to fill our needs within our budget. When we decided which model to go for, he helped us as much as he can to give us a good deal. And I think we got a GREAT deal :)
