A couple of years ago I built a house with many bathrooms and a large kitchen, I went to the showroom with what I had chosen for cabinets without hesitation choices were shown. They listened, they asked some questions and choices were made. I am thrilled with the product and the service. Excellent place to do business!

Ideal Tile of Newton and designer Talha were both exceptional resources for me when renovating my home. Their selection (one of the items I was looking for was very large porcelain slabs), quality and value were well above those of other locations I had visited. Talha is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and has a keen eye for detail/design. He quickly understood my vision and provided me with various options. Knowledgeable stall, unbelievable selection and pricing was great. I did six bathrooms and a very large kitchen, amazingly I walked in with my samples and we wrapped it up within an hour. I love what they showed me, I love what I bought and I love it now. Great job!

Rude and disorganized. I needed tile for two big projects. No one seemed to care to give me the time of day. Once someone did help me, she said she would have a quote to me by the end of the day- never heard back and when I called, no one could follow up. GLADLY took my business elsewhere.

They start out strong in the Showroom but fail with the Installation, we had one of their installers steal some other materials and the workmanship again started out pretty good but the end result was poor. Talha promised they would fix it but it's been 6 months and all I get is the run around, we will not use this group again. When I called to figure out what they were going to do Talha was very argumentative and threatened me, i'm not used to dealing with threats so we hired someone else to complete the job and make repairs. Buyer beware!!!

We went into Ideal Tile today looking for tile for our three bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Only two customers were in the store and four associates. We were not spoken and had to ask someone at the desk about a tile we had selected. He didn't offer any additional information than what he had to. Unfortunately, I will not be giving them our business.
