I had an appointment scheduled online,
with Lana. I was on time and checked in with the receptionist. However, Lana took somebody else ignoring my scheduled appointment. So I had a haircut with another hair stylist and it was really good, but it is not an excuse for the employee of haircuts ltd to ignore scheduled appointments and by doing so being disrespectful to a customer. The owner needs to train the staff in customer service basics.

I second the review that stated they don’t know how to handle appointments. I entered the shop two minutes before my appointment with a guy who was a walk in. He was walking out with a haircut about the same time I gave up and left without. No apologies for the wait or someone will be right with you. I just watched as several other customers came in and went back. Not worth the traffic.

My appointment was 23 min delayed (plus I was there 10 min early) and instead of acknowledging the delay they told me that my appointment was only slightly delayed.
Upon asking what happened… receptionist threw a sighed sorry at me. Essentially two people were booked at time, and I happened to be the one waiting.

Reasonably priced, excellent availability, fast work. Take away one star because reservations for a specific time seem to be suggestions rather than reliable.

Made an appointment this past Saturday to get my hair straightened with some loose curls for an event that day. When I got there the stylist was nice told her what I wanted straightened with loose curls she asked if I wanted a haircut. I said a little trim to just get some of the dead ends off. I got more then a trim my hair went from below my shoulders to a little above my shoulders and all she did was put moose in may hair and that’s it I left in tears how short my hair was never have I been to a place where a trim to get dead ends off Beas short it is now I can barely put my hair up anymore. Ended up going to a pharmacy to get hair products to semi-fix at least the moosed up hair i could have done myself
