I would not feel comfortable using anyone else when buying a home. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and looks out for the best interests of his clients. He is not looking for a quick transaction. He truly wants to help you find a home that suits your needs in every way. He was great to work with.

I've been a licensed real estate broker for 41+ years. My area of concentration in real estate is that of a consultant to buyer-clients and to sellers as a full-service listing agent, in instances where I would not have a potential conflict of interest with a seller, given that I represent buyers as a buyer agent as well. Very few real estate brokers would reference commonplace conflicts of interest that can & do exist when brokers represent both sides of the table. Think about this, if you were married, & considering a divorce, would you and your spouse even THINK about hiring the same law firm to represent both of you in that divorce?...of course not. So, why hire an agent from a large firm that primarily represents sellers?
