I had an extremely disappointing experience at the local gas station. In urgent need of a restroom, I was flat-out denied access to the facilities. Their lack of compassion and customer care in a time of need was astonishing. This isn’t the kind of service one would expect from a community establishment. Very dissatisfied.

They claim to offer inspections seven days per week, yet half the time you go there, they’re not doing inspections because the guy who does them isn’t there. What type of way is that to run a business?

F this place. There are AT LEAST two signs posted that say they do inspections seven days a week, and there is even a sign facing Route 9. Tried going to get my car inspected on a Sunday and I was told they don't do them on Sundays.

Good people, good gas, good prices. What else could you want? Maybe better snacks? They helped me understand my problem getting my tinted window suv inspected.

I will not return to this gas station as the attendant would not wear a mask when he approached my car window. I asked him to put one on and he start asking me why and was rude. There is a mask mandate in Newton. He was very rude young man without respect for customers.

Be sure to watch the pump while it's filling. If they make mistakes they blame you the customer and try to make you pay for it. Your ignorance is not my problem... Never again!

Won't be returning now that the owner has elected to post weird right-wing political crap in the windows. Patriot Petroleum down the street also pumps for you and has roughly the same (or sometimes even better) pricing without the hate.

Came in to get a TNC inspection, haven't been to this gas station in over a year but I drove here from Dedham because I know they do them here. Pulled up next to the inspection location and rather than being properly directed was rudely waved off by an employee thinking I was there for gas. after rolling down my window and telling him why I was there he told me to go around the corner and wait in a designated area. I waited 20 minutes just for the employee to walk up and immediately tell me he won't do it because the car isn't clean enough. I had a few things on my backseat and he mentioned how my front bumper cover was slightly sticking out as reasons for him to not be able to do the inspection. Rather than trying to work with me , he decided to turn away a customer and I'll most likely never come here again for anything because your service sucks. I could have easily held the items in my back seat, and come on, I've been in Ubers with way worse problems than a bumper cover that doesn't quite sit right. I get it, you pump gas for a living but there's still a customer service aspect to your job

Good gas price, but guy pumping gas was not wearing a mask, and put his face right up to my window to shout questions at me. Not cool, not safe, jerky move. Why aren't you guys following safety protocol? It's so little to ask, and I didn't have a choice about who was helping me. Just not cool at all. Will get gas elsewhere for now unless there is some guarantee that won't happen again.
