They were able to get BMW parts for my BMW X3 at less than 1/2 the price a BMW dealership was able to - which had returned my car unserviced and claiming the service it was brought in for was done when it was not (including oil change and with a broken windshield wiper, that was broken in their care after keeping it for days beyond what was quoted).They were great at explaining what would need attention and when - and didn't try to sell me anything my car didn't need. They came highly recommended, and I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat!”

“I came to Dudley Automotive Services after hearing good reviews from a friend and posts online. I went in and spoke with Ed. He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. I will be returning if my car needs other repairs in the future as I know my car was in great hands!”

“I go out of my way to come here. The guys are always extremely friendly and helpful. One time my phone died and I needed directions, the attendant went over and above helping me find directions to where I needed to go even pulling it up on his gps to show me the route while my tank was being filled. Another time I forgot my wallet and only had $10 cash, but wanted to tip the attendant so only put $8 in, he insisted that I put all $10 in my tank. Seriously just the best service and nicest people. I've never had a bad experience here. Will continue coming back here despite there being 3 other stations closer to my house!”
