I was fortunate to get the name of Roche Collision on 64 Crafts St in Newton, from my Insurance Company to get my car repaired. Once my car went into the shop, Ken the owner, was in contact with me every step of the way -providing status and answering all my questions. They not only completely repaired and painted my car, but they dealt directly with the insurance company which made for a totally hassle-free experience for me. Before I knew it my car was ready and looking brand new. A big thank you to Ken and his folks at Roche Collision for doing a professional job. I highly recommend Roche Collision in Newton!

I needed bodywork on my car leading up to the holidays. An unpleasant situation at an inconvenient time and my insurance company was not helping. The Roche team did a great job of not only fixing my car ( looks better than before my accident), but also juggling my expectations and working with the insurance company. They really made the experience more bearable. A really good, and pleasant team. Definitely customer focused and professional.
